Had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and fully equipped. The location is perfect: nice and quiet, but still super close to both the lively town centre and Carvoeiro beach. Katharine responded quickly and in a friendly manner. Absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the Kizi apartment. It had everything we needed and the area was very quiet. It had a well equipped kitchen. There were thoughtful extras eg, games, books, beach towels etc.. The apartment was very clean and had air conditioning in the bedroom and main living area, we didn’t need to use this all the time as keeping the curtains closed helped keep it cool. The bed was very comfortable . We enjoyed sitting on the balcony some evenings to eat. There is a beautiful beach a short walk away with a cafe/ restaurant with gorgeous views. We enjoyed walking on the ‘ Seven Valleys’ track which starts up the road from the apartment and stopped at a couple of beaches along the way. All in all a perfect stay😄

Everything was great and highly recommended. But the only thing that didn't seem right to me was that check-in was from 4:00 pm. I've been renting apartments for a long time and the latest I've checked in was 2:00 pm. I don't understand the delay, nor do I agree that check-out has to be at 10:00 am, when it's usually around 12:00 pm. What's more, if the guests have to check out at 10:00 am and the next ones check in at 4:00 pm, I wonder: does it take 6 hours to prepare the apartment? I think it's very excessive. Otherwise, everything was perfect and the service I received was very friendly. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your feedback! The maids often have other houses to clean as well but we always do our best if a guest wants to arrive earlydepart late, if it possible we do allow this!

First visit to Algarve

Absolutely loved the location and proximity to Vale Centianes beach. A quick walk to a market and restaurant if needed. Great hiking access. Easy access to other locations in the Algarve . We happened to visit in cold weather and had limited heat in the unit. Quiet residential spot that we lived.

The stay at Casa Kizi was practically flawless, despite the initial difficulty in reaching the apartment (the address took us to the gates of Carvoeiro, while the accommodation is 5 minutes by car from there). The experience was complete with everything: the house, meticulously clean and tidy, offered us all the necessary amenities. The host also came by in the middle of the week to change the sheets. The balcony offers an intimate and comfortable space, equipped with a table and deck chairs, where you can dine and enjoy a remarkable sunset. We therefore highly recommend Casa Kizi, emphasizing its quiet and peaceful setting, suitable for both a relaxing vacation and for those who want to enjoy activities and excursions, with the beaches of Dos Centeanes, Benagil, and Do Carvalho no more than 10 minutes away by car. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We hope it won't be our last visit to this magnificent land 🇵🇹

Very nice clean apartment for 2 people. Quiet environment. Easy check in. 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach. A car is quite useful for accessibility. A lot of good restaurants in the village. We would choose this apartment again and recommend it.

Very nice appartement a lot of extras included (washing machine, games etc.) so that a longer stay is made comfortable. The nearest Beach is in walking distance, and even though there are a lot of people parking their cars near the appartement, we always found some space moreless easily. Katharine was incredibely helpful when we had questions!!

Overall was adequate!

thank you for your feedback. The safety equipment is a little unsightly we agree but it is required by law. We will ensure adequate supplies are left in furture for our guests and apologies that you did not find these.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as described in the listing photos. The bathroom was roomy with decent water pressure, and the kitchen is small but well equipped, with a working dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The location is excellent, on a quiet residential street with free street parking nearby, and it’s an easy walk to Praia do Vale de Centeanes, which is right by one end of the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. We also appreciated having a dehumidifier, which helped keep the humidity down. One thing to note is that the apartment is managed by a company and requires a separate check-in step before arrival, but it was straightforward and getting the key was smooth. If we were to nitpick, our only minor issues were that there wasn’t a frying pan, and one of the wall lights near the door wasn’t working, which made the main space a bit darker than we’d prefer. These issues can be easily rectified for future guests.Overall we’d happily stay again.

The apartment is basically alright, although the parking places are in demand and fought hard by visitors. The problem is the rental agency who sent nearly 20 automated emails but still provided the wrong key collection address several kilometres away from the correct location. The agency lacks any communication ability, and when they finally come back to you, they insist that the correct address was in some separate internet page when you are flooded with the emails and log-in pages of wrong data. Stay away if you want a stress-free travel!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances en Algarve. L'appartement Casa Kizi est spacieux, lumineux et bien situé dans une résidence calme et à 5mn de la praia de Centianes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également le balcon duquel nous profitions du coucher de soleil sur la mer et les hauteurs. Nous disposions de tout l'équipement nécessaire comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Superbe

Très bel appartement près de la mer et de superbes balades le long des falaises. Il manquait juste un parasol ou un store pour le balcon qui était très ensoleillé le midi. Location très confortable sinon tout y était.

Wspaniale mieszkanie - przytulnie, czysto, blisko wejścia na ścieżkę trekkingową wzdłuż oceanu. 20 minut spokojnym spacerkiem do ścisłego centrum miasteczka, gdzie znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji i barów. Dodatkowym atutem jest taras i duże okna zapewniające dostęp świeżego powietrza. Świetnie spędzony czas, chętnie wrócimy całą rodziną!
