This apartment has got a main bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a family bathroom with walk in shower, fully fitted independent kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and bright living room with tv and access to a terrace.



There are aircon units in both bedrooms and in the living room plus some radiators to be make it comfy enough not also during the Summer months but also during the colder months of the year.



The development has a communal pool and it is minutes away from both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. It has all the necessary services around.

Located in the km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, the Mar Menor is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment and the Mediterranean Sea is less than 5 minutes.

There is a small supermarket in the same street and many shops, bars, restaurants, a chemist's...



3 km from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás Maestre Marina is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views - all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
