Stylish one bedroom, two bathroom apartment with large balcony within the grounds of the luxurious Matchroom Country Club, next door to Mijas Golf. This apartment is ideal location for couples, families with a small children and keen golfers. The apartment is approximately 25 minutes away from Malaga's International Airport, and just a 10 minute drive away from the restaurants and beaches of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. Marbella is also a short drive away. PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS ALL INDOOR FACILITIES, AS WELL AS THE INDOOR POOL ARE CLOSED. THE OUTDOOR POOLS REMAIN OPEN! This property has been recently purchased and subsequently furnished and repainted, giving it a bright, spacious and modern feel. The large balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and sitting room, with stunning views of both outdoor swimming pools, golf course and the mountains in the distance. The bedroom is en suite, however there is a further shower room situated off the hall. The bedroom is air conditioned and also has direct access to the balcony. Should you need it, there is a large sofa bed in the lounge. The living room/dining space is very bright and spacious and has a real modern feel to it making it the perfect space to unwind. There is a large flat screen television with international TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a washing machine. Guests are free to use Matchroom's restaurants and bars. Please note that during the Covid situation the opening hours of the Country Club's facilities are subject to change. Currently indoor facilities, gym, bar, restaurant, spa and indoor pool are closed for 2021, and the opening date in 2022 is yet to be confirmed. Please check before reserving to confirm the situation with these if their inavailability will be an issue. The complex has an adults and a children's pool which are both surrounded by stunning tropical gardens. Similarly guests are welcome to use the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gym and snooker hall. Renting a car is recommended, but it's possible to get around without one. There are often taxis waiting outside, and reception are always happy to book one for you. There is a bus stop with connections to Fuengirola less than 5 minutes away. Anda Homes also offers an additional airport shuttle service should guests request it. Children's travel cots and highchairs also available on request for an additional charge. Golf clubs available on request for an additional charge.
