Wonderful property, great location.

We had a fantastic stay at little Paris. From the beautiful decor to the stylish lay out, it was lovely to stay there.

Amazing for Hen parties!

There was 16 of us and we loved it! Bed were super comfy, the house was amazing, would highly recommend.

Spacious accommodation

Well decorated property with plenty of living space. Good space for families with parking space for two cars.

Perfect Hen House

The photos don't do this house justice - it is much bigger than it looks. Perfect for a large hen group. Great social space downstairs for games, dancing, eating together. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms - all very clean and comfortable. Location is great too - we walked everywhere.

Best Weekend

We had a brilliant weekend down in Brighton and it was made extra perfect with the stay at Little Paris. The rooms were brilliant, spacious, comfortable and all the little details had been thought of. We particularly loved the downstairs communal area, such a great spot for everyone to get together! Everything has been designed for super easy usage as a big group, and every little detail had such care to it. Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyable break

The house was nice and spacious. The kids were a bit scared in the room with the black and white wallpaper faces. It would’ve been a 5* but we had issues with the hot water. After doing the evening dishes there was none left for showers or washes. Also 10 am checkout is quite early with little kids. However other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay Sultana, it is a great house. Little Paris regularly hosts 20 people and there's usually enough hot water as two of the showers are electric. The property managers are always on hand if a need arises (you could enquire about a later check out too :))

Fabulous House

Well what can I say about Little Paris. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this house with the hen party, everything was in portion to sleep 20 people, not over crowded none of us felt on top of each other and the kitchen/lounge area was perfect for us all to sit around the table eat/drink and play games. Location was perfect, a short walk down to the pier/town. I cant recommend this house enough it has everything you need for a great weekend away. Thank you so much to the Homeaway team Daniela & Rachel the organizing and communication from you was amazing. Highly recommended.

Hen do stay

Really great house, suited our needs perfectly. Lovely decorated rooms with spacious bathrooms and communal area. Would definitely recommend!

Little Paris

The property was really nice,. Only the bathrooms need updating and we only managed to park one car on the drive - so when it says parking for 2 small cars, it really does mean that. Apart from that it was perfect. The location was good, 5-10 mins walk to the beach and shops. There is a small park across the road which is nice. On the last day, we vacated at 10 but we wanted to spend time at the beach, so I rang Bella, the property manager, she said we could leave one of our cars there for another couple of hours without charge which was really nice.

Great location

Booked a 3 night stay at little Paris with a group of 16. Great space for dining and rooms were sufficient although felt very stuffy due to many sharing each room and ventilation not great. The floors were super creaky and very thin walls so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Rooms were fairly clean( could do with a deep clean now and again to freshen up skirting, bathrooms and kitchen/dining) bedding was nice and clean and beds comfortable. Had an issue with the showers, aside from the poor water pressure we had no hot water for a day, there were 2 electric showers we used until they were fixed, not ideal but the property management team fixed it within the day. The distance to the beach by foot was approximately 10 minutes, you can see the sea from the property. There is a lovely park a minutes walk away and the property is central to many sites, all within easy walking distance, a few steep streets though so comfortable shoes a must. There is parking for 2 small to medium cars, we had another car but finding parking is fairly easy around the area. Overall great location nice little house for a short trip to lovely Brighton.
