Spacious 8 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.
Situated on a quiet area of the site ideal for those with small children away from the club house.
The site has a restaurant / clubhouse and children's play area.
It is less than 5 min walk to the blue flag beach and only a short 10 min walk into town.

This caravan is not new and shows signs of wear and tear. It is priced accordingly.

Pet friendly and though not brand new perfectly adequate for our needs. Well equipped and had everything we needed. Lovely area near to town and beaches.

This is an old caravan but was fairly well presented and had been cleaned throughout. The age of the caravan was reflected in the price which was good value. Our only negative was the bed mattress’s were rather thin and lumpy and neither of us had a good nights sleep on both nights. Perhaps sone mattress toppers would help The site was quiet and good quiet location within east reach of all local attractions. We can recommend the beach at Theddlethorpe if you like unspoilt beauty as it was stunning .

It was clean enough although we washed windows when we got there and the odd sweet in cupboard under sink. We had a problem with shower but the host was more than happy to help. If we had any problems the host was quick to sort it out. The caravan is bang opposite a row of bushes that were full of wasps so we couldn’t have any windows or doors open so it was really hot in caravan. Overall price was right for what we got and we had a great week.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, owners were very quick to sort a small issue we had with the shower, fantastic for a family with small kids. Well worth it

Brilliant!!

Such a lovely caravan on a lovely site couldn’t fault it one bit!! Had everything you needed and such a good value. My kids really enjoyed staying here and want to come back again!

Loved our say

Love our stay, close to beach. Close to Mablethorpe. They even left us some goody’s like tea, coffee, surger, juice and biscuits. The owners where very quick at answering any question. Will definitely come again maybe next we will have a dog.

A great getaway.

Was great to have a last getaway before our second child arrived. It was easy for me to maneuver myself around the caravan, it was very clean and any questions were answered so quickly. The weather wasn't fantastic but it didn't stop us making many memories. My 8 year old was very happy with the stay too and enjoyed telling us what was in each cupboard and draw. Amazing value and an amazing area. The on site pub was great too and my son had his first ever game of pool there! Fantastic 🌟.

Disappointing

The good bits are the location was able to take 2 dogs and the bed was comfy, now for the other bits the curtains where hanging down the baking tins where very rusty unable to use not tin opener the tv kept breaking up it wasn't clean everything we turned on blow a fuse the shower wasn't hot just warm

Thank you for your comments, however, at no point did you make us aware there was an issue which did not enable us to correct any of the issues raised. There is a new boiler in the caravan which may have needed adjusting to increase the temperature. Communication is key and I'm afraid you didn't communicate with us.

I went with my daughter and her dog and we really enjoyed our stay. The caravan is a bit tired, but the owners were honest about that. It was a quiet site and very nice. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was sleeping in a very narrow single bed. My daughter is taller and slightly heavier than me (not fat) so I let her have the double bed. I am 74, small and thin, so I thought I would sleep in a slightly wider single bed, however when I sat on the edge it tipped so I moved to the even thinner one, possibly only 2ft wide, which is only suitable for a child. I didn't realise there was a pull out bed in the living room. I can't fault the facilities in the kitchen and living room, there were ample pots and pans. For what we paid, which was very reasonable, we were happy.

Comfortable

The caravan was clean and tidy but had some small signs of age related wear and tear. Owners very quick to respond to messages. The site is very clean and the pub on site was friendly and served great food, overall a comfortable weekend.

Family caravan

We all really enjoyed our stay in this caravan. The caravan is clean, has everything you need and the property hosts couldn't be more helpful and are really quick at replying to messages . Close to all amenities 4 min drive and 20 mins walk into Mablethorpe main area, although there is a shop closer for bits of shopping. Excellent quiet part of beach just 5 to 10 mins walk away . Would definitely use again.

Was looking for a quiet location for a anxious 7 month puppy. Good communication with owners. Nice short walk to beach and 15 mins to mablethorpe. Perfect for a quiet quick break away

Ideal basecamp

We were spending our days with family who live in Mablethorpe so just needed somewhere to sleep, shower and eat breakfast basically. Only problem we had, was the C02 alarm kept going off on the first night. The owners replaced it the next day though. We didn't use the oven or microwave, but we did use the kettle, toaster and fridge. The caravan was well equipped with everything you could need.

Lovely caravan and site quite and friendly not far to walk to the local town rides amusements doughnuts icecreams shopping everything and more on the doorstep the beach is beautiful we will be back soon 😊

We are Chris and Jayne and we live on site so can sort out any issues within a few hours.
We bought our first property to rent out in 2019 but were hit by the pandemic. We have spent the time improving our properties.
We bought this caravan in April 2021 to add to our portfolio of holiday rental properties.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a 2008 caravan which has recently had a little TLC.
It has had new covers and foam to the seats in the living / dining area.
It has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed under the seating in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and electric is included in the rental cost.
It is in a quiet part of the park away from the clubhouse and has very little traffic past it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Caravan is only a short walk from the beach and town.
There is also a land train that runs from the road at the end of the park into town or towards the seal sanctuary.
