A home from home.

Exceptionally clean with the attention to detail and extra touches really made a difference. It had almost everything we needed and Gail, the owner, couldn't do enough for you. The hot tub was wonderful. Little woodbine was excellent value for money as well.

Lovely spot - very relaxing!

The quality of the accommodation, facilities and the general cleanliness. It was an ideal base for us for a lovely 3 night stay. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful - nice touch with Prosecco and dram or Glenmorangie to welcome you!

Great stay!!

Obviously the hot tub is amazing but beyond that, Gail was a fantastic host! Helped with every single question i had!! The place is located perfectly in the highlands with easy access to everything! I highly recommend!!!

Really good.

The host is very helpful and friendly. Location for touring northern Scotland is good. The accommodation is new and in good condition, just big enough for the two of us. A microwave oven would be useful, however there is not room for one. We really enjoyed it and would go again.

Unexpected luxury.

The accommodation was a delight, beautifully done out and with every mod con. Just so luxurious inside, hosts have great style. They also did a lot for my husbands birthday which was sweet. Hot tub was huge, fun and cleaned daily while we were out. Tain is a lovely place and Gail's recommendations helped us make the most of it.

Booked this little gem for my partners birthday surprise and it did not disappoint, clean and tidy really is a top notch little hideaway, hot tub is amazing, location is great close to all amenities, Dornoch beach 8 miles away is breathtaking and on the route of the NC500, my partner loved it as did I, and 💯 recommended to try this out if it’s your kind of getaway . Gail and Marcus have built an exceptional little haven 5 stars .

Amazing getaway.

Gorgeous cabin with all the mod cons you could want, done out so stylishly. Host had left tea/coffe and put milk in the fridge so we could have a cuppa straight away. Host is Gail who is lovely and Marcus who we didnt meet. Place has all the peace and privacy you could want. And a huge hot tub, cleaned daily. Tain is a lovely town, great local restaurants and coffee shops, all walking distance, as is the Tesco. We live 800 miles away or we would be frequent visitors to this holiday let! Fabulous.

Excellent - We will return

WOW what a fantastic find. Great wee place for 2 people, there is the option of the sofa bed to allow for additional people to stay. Hosts were great, communication was fantastic and we were provided with everything you could possibly need. Selection of supermarkets around, along with local restaurants and cafes within walking and also short drives. Loads of walking/hiking options a short drive away but also some good walks from your doorstep. I wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again if I’m the area or looking for a break.

Fabulous pod, highly recommended

We stayed here for 10 days , we used it as a base to visit all Scotland had to offer . It was perfect. Lovely town too.

Delightful spot in a delightful spot

The self-description "glamping pod" doesn't do justice to this place. The rooms are small but well-appointed, and even though it's located in the side area of a house, it feels far more private than I had expected. Wonderful hosts just 2 minutes' walk from the center of Tain. Highly recommend!

Excellent Highland Retreat

Loved this place. Excellent facilities in a Tranquil peaceful private setting. Such a lovely place to totally relax. Accommodation is of a high quality standard throughout with a cosy and homely feel to it. Hot Tub was amazing just to add to a relaxing stay. The hosts Gail and Marcus were always there with high communication standards but with total resoect fir your privacy. If your looking for a relaxing chill place then this is the place for you. Highly Reccommend
