Le «Sea Vista Living Room» est sûr d'être un favori avec sa vaste vue sur l'océan mur à mur qui semble si proche, vous avez l'impression que vous pourriez facilement y plonger vos orteils directement depuis le canapé du salon.

Le décor de la zone «Sea Vista Living Room» présente un mobilier moderne posé sur un nouveau sol carrelé. Accéder au balcon n'est qu'à quelques pas. Le salon comprend une télévision à écran plat LCD pour les moments de détente et de divertissement en soirée de votre famille.

Running vacation

The condo was great, spacious and clean. Great location for to the start of the races for the SPI 5K and Half Marathon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

Just returned from a week at this property and it was perfect! The beach access and view was amazing - can’t ask for a closer condo to the beautiful water and sunrises! Everything was clean, lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out and the beach chairs and toys in the storage closet was an added bonus. The staff on site were the friendliest people - so helpful and welcoming! We had a blast at South Padre Island and were sad to leave! Def will be back!

Great view, comfortable place

Conveniently located in a building on the very south end of SPI. Comfortable, most everything we needed was there. Oddly low on drinking glasses. Dishwasher works but the lights indicating cycles, etc don’t function. Complex is smaller than most on the island, seemed quiet and still lots of people of all ages around pool and grounds.

I didn’t receive the email about the check in process so that took some time. In the email it said we could get a key to open the storage for the extra chairs and rackets, etc. The property manager said someone would come open the door and then never returned my texts so that was annoying. Still a great unit and on the beach which is wonderful.

The condo is so clean! The modern decor really accents the wall of windows. Nonstop views of the beach. Plenty of supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. Security personnel on site were very friendly and helpful. The location near the end of the island is perfect for being near, but not in, the middle of all the island action. The beach area is a little less crowded and quieter. Great for families and people wanting a little more relaxed atmosphere. Be prepared for beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The code operated door means no worrying about misplacing keys and easy access for everyone staying in the condo. Looking forward to our next visit!

We've stayed previously at one of the other condos, I generally pick this area due to the views are great and it's very quiet, no loud music or loud guests as per this and previous stays. The condo was very nice,however we did have issues with the internet the first night but was resolved the next day. I noticed the condo was not swept as there was much sand/hair on the floor, sunflower seeds under the bed as I swept and food crumbs on the master bed. I hope the sheets had been washed. The night before we left there was a water leak in the air conditioning closet, notified management and they requested to put towels on the floor, took pictures and sent to management. The only other thing was the shower faucet in the master bedroom was corroded and in need of repair. Other than that, our stay was great and enjoyed the time spent at the condo.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Easy access to beach. Great view from balcony. Building facilities very well maintained and landscaped. Pool was clean, not overly crowded, hot tub was actually hot! Condo had all the basics we needed. Would’ve been nice to have a few more washcloths. Condo showing a bit of wear and tear but overall we had a nice stay.

Beach view and easy beach access

We are a family of 5 and wanted to be as close to the beach as possible so getting the kids and all of the things to/from the beach wouldn't be a challenge each time. This fit the bill perfectly. The balcony made for sweet moments with sunrise/sunset overlooking the beach. The kids had a great sleeping arrangement - there are two double beds (not queens) in the second bedroom. The condo was so easy to use and having that utility closet with all of the beach gear was a stellar surprise. We were able to use the washer and dryer in the unit, but couldn't figure out the dishwasher (we never asked for help so that's on us for sure 😊) The beach was perfect! Sand bars and easy waves were kid friendly. I was sad to leave it. Stay here for a great beach experience. South Padre is amazing and this condo was the cherry on top. Just remember to bring your own beach towels as there are only enough towels for each person, once....🙂 Thank you for a fun place to make memories!

Not bad condo but needs improvements

Overall it was a 4. We had several interruptions from management needing to enter the condo due to above condo issues. This was very inconvenient as we had to shorten our beach time and the 2nd time, had to come back from visiting Port Isabel which they didn't bother to show up or inform us the were no longer coming until I called them back after waiting in the condo for 45 min. The condo had furniture that was broken (2 red bar stools). Luckily, I noticed the broken chairs (missing 3 screws out of 4) and reported to property manager along with other things that were damaged prior to our stay. For the price they charge for cleaning, it was not up to par. The nice view from living room was obscured with caked on residue outside of windows. The bedroom windows were very clean and allowed for a nice view of beach. 2 huge windows in guest bedroom point directly inside the hallway bldg where the light shines bright throughout the night near elevators and is very difficult to sleep. Although there are blinds, it doesn't help. Most of the other condos have blackout curtains to allow better sleep. If the bldg would invest in sensor lights, it may help.

SPI getaway

The property was as expected except the dryer was not operational and the washer had a smell coming from it that smelled up the room until we ran a empty load. We weren’t able to wash clothes anyway however because the dryer didn’t work and the property manager said they weren’t responsible for anything inside the door.

Relaxing escape!

Wonderful condo on a beautiful property! Cleanliness could be a little better, but there was nothing some Clorox wipes and Lysol couldn’t take care of.

Property manager not responsive

The refrigerator was leaking on the floor when we checked and I immediately called the property manager and she said that "if it got worse, to call her back???" I told her that was not acceptable and I paid full price for the room for three nights and if she could send someone the next day to take a look at it. She did not and I had to lay a towel in front of the refrigerator on the floor my whole stay. The refrigerator in this condo is not in the kitchen...it is in the main walkway from the entrance of the condo to the living area and bedroom and it was ridiculous that we had to tolerate that all weekend!!! I am not pleased at all and think the property manager,..Ms. Criss, should have been more responsive. Also, this condo (507) does not have any ceiling fans and most units in this complex do. They do help to circulate the air better with the high humidity of the island.

My family and I got the opportunity to stay in this great condo. Everything was clean and the beach access was amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would gladly return in the future.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Very clean. Nice furnishings and kitchen. Beautiful balcony view of the beach. This unit is well worth considering for your SPI beach trip. Condo development is right on the beach and only about a 15 min walk on the beach to the jetties and Isla Blanca Park. Also walking distance to the Sea Ranch Restraurant and Pier 19.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location. Did not encountered any problems with this place. What we enjoyed the most was sitting in the living room, balcony, bedroom and even be cooking in the kitchen and enjoy the ocean view. Loved it!!! A very relaxing Getaway with friend and family!!!!
