This was a great choice for a family vacation. Centrally located to all the great shops and restaurants, easy access to the metro and plenty of space for a family of 8. Apartment was well appointed; our only disappointment was limited hot water for showering at times. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location!

This apartment was perfect for our family of eight adults. It was roomy and very conveniently located. The in-unit washer and dryer worked great. We had a little issue with the showers and the maintenance man came the same day to fix it. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment with all amenities listed. Very clean. Used laundry facilities in apartment. Gray location. Host was easy to work with. There were 4 adults and lots of room for all! Highly recommend!

Great central location in Barcelona. By far the best feature. It is a spacious apartment for 3 couples, but 4 would have been crowded. Biggest issue was the description, and I waited two weeks to see if they corrected the errors, and they didn’t. So obviously don’t care about being misleading. There is NO SAFE in the unit. That matters to a lot of travelers. They insisted in 3 messages it was in a closet, before finally admitting there isn’t one, and then told me the description supposedly didn’t say it included one. I sent them a screenshot of the description and I never heard from them again. There is also NO BATHTUB as the description says. Matters less, but matters to some. They insisted one bathroom had a tub, which I found insulting they think I can’t distinguish between a shower and bathtub. Again, waited 2 weeks to see if they pulled a mea culpa and fixed their description, but they haven’t and thus I assume they’re ok misleading renters. They also did a shower repair the day we arrived and it was unusable for 24 hours. The math of three couples, each with their own bathroom, then didn’t work.

Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the central location and found the apartment spacious and comfortable for your group. We’re sorry for the confusion you experienced regarding some of the information in the listing. We understand that having accurate and clear information about the apartment’s facilities is important when choosing accommodation, and we have taken your comments into consideration when reviewing the listing details. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the shower repair during your stay. The maintenance work was necessary, but we understand that having one of the bathrooms temporarily unavailable was inconvenient, particularly for a group of six guests. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify where our information and communication can be improved. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Best regards, Sara Guest Service Manager

Good location, the back bathroom with walk in shower was very slippery and had black hair from previous renters.Wasn't as clean as I like. the mattresses were hard, but we slept good anyway. Did not have the condiments that other VRBO's have had. Doorman was friendly. There was 2 adjacent units being remodeled so it was noisy during the day.

Okay

Nice location. Could use repairs to plumbing and doors, etc. Not what I expected based on pictures. The online check in was poor. Finally had to go to office across town to speak to a representative. Disappointed with stay.

Excellent Location

This property is located perfectly. We were able to walk to restaurants and many locations we were interested in visiting. Most public transportation was less than a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would book this location again if I return to Barcelona.

Superb location for a Barcelona vacation

All with the appartment was as listed but it was not too clear for us the check in process. The management office was about 20 mins away and the fact that the check in was required to be done there instead of the property made it an inconvenience. After 2 taxi rides to do the check in, we were able to access the property. The property was very nice and with all the ammenities listed. Superbly suited for our family group of 4 adults and 4 small chikdren. Very convenient and extremely well located, near mayor tourist attractions that could be reached walking, supermarkets, in front of restaurants an the Corte Ingles plus bus and metro stops. All of this made for a wonderfull stay!managenent was accesible and solves a couple if issues very quickly which was very nice. Also, management could improve the stay for their guests with area information and instructions for the appliances, which took some trial and error to figure out. Overall, the property is fantastic and I would definetely stay here is returning with a large group.
