This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located , approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan, its bus station and several supermarkets and restaurants.
It has two double and one twin bedroom, the doubles with en-suite bathrooms, the twin with Bthroom adjacent to it., a seperate kitchen, dining room and lounge, which opens on the the pool terrace. There is also a communal toilet beside the lounge area.
The pool is 12 x 4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There are ample sun beds and umbrellas for 6 guests plus a romantic cabana.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
