Beautiful Villa, Great Location & Wonderful Host

Our family spent two weeks at Teresa's villa. She is helpful and welcoming. We feel very relaxed and comfortable in her house. Regarding the village, Sant Pol de Mar is one of the few villages between Barcelona and Costa Brava that has maintained its scenic and historic character despite being close to Barcelona. We explored the village for the most part, but Teresa suggested some nice places to go. The Villa is located in a sunny spot with amazing sea views. Everything is in walking distance, even the train station is walkable. Close to the beach but house also has small private swimming pool and you can use it. The garden is beautiful, the bedrooms spacious and the living room is comfortable. We loved having breakfast and sunbathing on the terrace in the mornings. The beach was the best, one of the most memorable beach experiences we have had ever. We enjoyed staying in this Villa. If you are so lucky to travel to Sant Pol, I highly recommend staying here. It's just perfect!

Sehr sauberes, liebevoll dekoriertes und geräumiges Haus mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Viertel ist ruhig, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und selbst im Juli nicht überlaufen. Das Städtchen Sant Pol ist hübsch und lebendig. Zum Bahnhof kommt man in 10 bis 15 Min zu Fuß: perfekt um Barcelona oder andere Orte zu erkunden.Teresa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und gab uns viele gute Tipps.Eine sehr gute Adresse für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

en la casa pone que tiene barbacoa, pero no la puedes usar por tema incendios, pero no te lo dicen. la piscina es una estructura con agua no piscina. los colchones de las camas son muy incómodos, tienen que cambiarlos y las almohadas muy finas. la tele casi nunca funciona y dicen que la culpa es de Sant pol pero es de su antena. en la ducha no hay casi presión de agua para ducharte. la casa está llena de decoraciones de los dueños lo cual no puedes disfrutar de la casa por miedo a romper algo. en la casa hace mucho calor pero solo hay un ventilador. creo que los propietarios tienen que adecuar la casa para poder alquilarla. por lo demás Sant pol es muy bonito para visitarlo. In the house it says that it has a barbecue, but you can't use it because of fires, but they don't tell you. the pool is a structure with no pool water. the mattresses on the beds are very uncomfortable, they have to be changed and the pillows very thin. TV almost never works and they say that Sant Pol is to blame but it is his antenna. in the shower there is almost no water pressure to shower. the house is full of decorations from the owners which you cannot enjoy the house for fear of breaking something. It is very hot in the house but there is only one fan. I believe that the owners have to adapt the house to be able to rent it. otherwise Sant Pol is very nice to visit.

Comfortable house for a beach holiday, with great views of the sea

This is a wonderful house for a relaxing vacation near the sea in tranquil Sant Pol de Mar. Teresa was great at communicating with us. She also gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and food stores. The house was impeccably clean and we found everything to be as described in the ad, but the photos don't do justice to the wonderful views and the tasteful elegance of the home, which is decorated with superb style. Sant Pol is a charming little town which is not spoiled by over-development of hotels and large apartment buildings (unlike Calella de la Costa, the next town up the coast). In part this is because of the very hilly topography which makes it easy to build nice houses in the hills but not easy to build big buildings. The same hills mean that, in Summer at least, having a car to get around is absolutely necessary, and advisable throughout the year. From Teresa's house it is a short walk to the beach, steeply downhill, but you'll want a car for the trip home! Another thing to keep in mind is that in the Summer months the city prohibits open fires outdoors, so you can't use the barbecue on the terrace. We were just a couple and only used the master bedroom bed, which was very comfortable. The little "pool" was great to have for a quick cool-down on hot afternoons. And it was also great to have both the terrace outside the master bedroom upstairs, and the lower terrace dining table, so that we could eat in either place depending on temperature, wind conditions, and how much we wanted to see the sea while eating. The house can sleep up to 7 people, but is probably best for single families of 3-6 rather than big groups of friends.

Absolutely brilliant

Our stay in this property exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the location to the amenities in the house itself was excellent. We are a family of five the house was spacious and exceptionally clean on our arrival. The views were amazing and morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean was a truly special way to start each day. Teresa was wonderful, she was available if we needed anything and gave us plenty of good travel tips for the area as well as great restaurant recommendations both locally and in Barcelona. It was so easy to day trip into Barcelona on the train avoiding the headache of driving and parking. The beach in Sant Pol was beautiful and the village has maintained an old world atmosphere. Sant Pol holds a very special place in our heart!

This cozy mediterranian villa is a short walk from the enchanting center of Sant Pol de Mar,on the north coast of Barcelona. Perched of the hillside, overlooking the most turquoise sea you’ve ever seen.

The white village of Sant Pol de Mar offers restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine, shops and a nice port (old boats beaches, small bay), where you can discover the houses formerly used by fishermen as warehouses. Many ravishing natural hills dot the shores, as well as dream beaches and spectacular rock formations.

This characteristic holiday rental features an extraordinary position by the sea. In front of the house is the panoramic terrace with a wooden house and equipped with barbeque, parasols and sun beds, offering unforgettable views of the Mediterranean.

For those who prefer sea bathing, the house is at a walking distance from the sea, that you can reach through a beautiful footpath and you will be in a rocky beach lapped by transparent waters.

The villa is on 2 levels. On the first floor there is a sitting and dining room with fireplace, a TV room and a well equipped kitchen. Embellished with local majolicas, one double bedrooms (king size bed ) and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a big bathroom with bathub and vidette.
