Family Holiday

Very clean property with excellent facilities, with the bedrooms ringingly floor is was ideal for 2 families to have their own space and enough room for family together time for meals etc.Fantastic location not too far from anywhere in Tenby.

spacious and close to town center

First floor apartment with large rooms. Very well equipped. Only a few meters from the town center so very easy to just take a stroll out. Quiet little street so slept well. Car parking worked well too

It's a little gem.

Perfect place to stay a short walk and your at the beach, the shops are also on your doorstep. It's a lovely spacious accommodation very clean and everything you need is provided. Would recommend. Mrs Rose.

A great space

A lovely spacious place. Everything we needed in the place, (except a measuring jug), nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location for beaches and restaurants of Tenby. Would be perfect to have another set of door keys. Highly recommended.

Great location

So the location is great. We considered the accommodation out of date with 1990's decor everywhere. The rug and carpets didn't feel hygienic and the kitchen was very dated. The upstairs bed wasn't great, there was a stale smoke smell and the downstairs bathroom smelt. The loo blocked on our 4 times over 4 nights. Things like the heating being off on arrival were annoying - I had to work out how to turn it on and set all the thermostatic radiators to avoid the place being a sauna. The DVD batteries were dead and disconnected from the TV - again, annoying. The property needs to be tested by the management company as though they were guests. If you need a great location, then this is your option. If you are looking for modern charm by the seaside, this isn't.

Hello - Thanks for your review. We are pleased to hear that you liked the location of the apartment and enjoyed your stay overall. We are sorry to hear that the heating was not on when you arrived and will ensure that the cleaners leave this on for future incoming guests. Clear instructions for the use of the heating are in the welcome folder and there are also spare batteries etc stored in the apartment. We weren't notified of any toilet blockage and of course would have got someone out to rectify this had we been aware. The toilet has been tested after your departure. We do not permit smoking in the property and we are sorry if you could smell smoke anywhere throughout. We have asked the cleaners to check this and address as necessary. We appreciate that people's tastes on decor etc can vary - the decor etc is as pictured and the apartment is accurately described with the pricing set accordingly. We hope that you will return to visit the area again in the future Kind regards Puffin Cottage Holidays of Saundersfoot.
