Main house: 5 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom + 5 bathrooms. Tower:1 single + 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor the Linchiano house offers a large living-room with tv and comfortable sofa. From the living room, walk out onto the panoramic shaded outdoor area for al fresco meals where a stone barbecue awaits cooking enthusiasts to produce the perfect grilled meat. Meals can take place around the round table in the dining room, close to a very fitted kitchen (oven, 2 fridges with freezer, cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, kettle). Still on the ground floor, there is a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet. On the upper floor are two living rooms, one with a large fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, cooker and washing machine, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only. Inside the tower there is small kitchen corner with electric plates and a fireplace on the ground floor, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet. Each room is on different levels. Hairdryer in every bathroom and mosquito nets and fan in every bedroom. The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning.
