It is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and a lot of green.



The property is developed on one floor so it adapts to all types of clients, families with children, adults.



It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The double bedroom en suite, two bedrooms with two single beds en suite and finally the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a large window with access to the garden.



The property has air conditioning in all rooms.



Outside you can enjoy a large garden, pool, barbecue, ping pong table



Smoking is allowed outdoors

The air conditioning works automatically between 19 and 5hrs. It regulates the temperature to 23 degrees. It does not work outside these hours.

IMPORTANT:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Location

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
