Home Farm has a separate, newly refurbished, self-catering cottage. The cottage sleeps up to six people and has a very sizeable living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully-fitted kitchen with a seating area. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the cottage.

Balgavies Home Farm has an exclusive on-site spa area that includes a 10-meter swimming pool, with a countercurrent pump for keen swimmers, a jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna with three separate showers. An additional charge of £10 per person applies for use of the whole spa area. £5 per person for the swimming pool only. These prices apply to a two-hour period. Special prices apply for groups of three and above.
