The villa features 6 elegant bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Accessed via a characteristic uphill path of approximately 90 steps, the reward is immediate: magnificent panoramic terraces overlooking the sea. The entrance opens onto a charming wine garden, from which an external staircase leads down through the garden to the main terrace and swimming pool.
Arranged over four levels, the villa offers multiple terraces designed for relaxation and outdoor living. The swimming pool, set on the lowest terrace, enjoys spectacular views and generous shaded areas, making it the perfect place to unwind while taking in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.
The main floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen and large living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, VCR, CD player, stereo, computer with DSL Internet connection. Off the living room is a queen-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony. The opposite side of the living room leads out onto a spacious, furnished terrace.
Leading down 21 steps from the main hall is the ground floor. It has two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with an external shower, which can be accessed from the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds; the bathroom is up several steps from the ground floor and the kitchen.
An independent one-room apartment with a double bed, a single bed and kitchenette is located on the large pool house, which leads to the pool deck. The unique bathroom has a shower carved from inside the rock face. The apartment is approximately 10 steps from the main house and has a small terrace.
Located about 10 steps down from the main terrace of the property is the independent annex, which offers a double bedroom with a private shower bathroom and panoramic windows with a view out onto Positano.
The location is fantastic,  Positano is usually considered the most picturesque town throughout Italy and the Amalfi Coast. The villa was built on a rocky outcrop in the highest part of the city. With its spectacular views, has for centuries inspired intellectuals and artists.
For the duration of your stay there is  a local chef at your disposal, ready to delight your senses with the delicious Italian dishes featured on an extensive à la carte menu. You can order meals at any time.
