The bright upper floor apartment is ideal for 2-3 people.
Both the shower room and the kitchen go off from the hallway.
It is equipped with a dining area, microwave oven, 2 ceramic hob and dishwasher.
A staircase leads from the kitchen to the 2nd floor, where the bedroom and the walk-in closet are located.
Right next to the kitchen is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. From here you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony, where the table and chairs are ready for you.
Both the shower room and the kitchen go off from the hallway.
