Nikolas House is a spacious apartment with amazing panoramic sea views, located in the neighborhood of Loustri in Gimari just a few meters away from Agni and Kalami Bay. The property has been recently renovated and has nice balconies overlooking the Bay of Kalami and the Ionian Sea all the way up to the Greek Mainland.
The exterior staircase lands on a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large balconies overlooking the sea and the Albanian coasts. Next to the living room is a small wc with the washing machine and all the clothes-washing facilities. The large traditional kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, provides exceptional cupboard and dining space, an oven, a fridge, and all the necessary utensils for the family's cooking and dining. The tranquil apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double traditional metal bed and huge wardrobes, while the second one is a twin bedroom with mounted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalami and the open sea. There is one bathroom, which is spacious, modern, and distributable for a large family's needs.
