Lots of space for family group of 9

The cabin had ample space for family group of 9 with 3 kids- ages 6,3 and 11 months Kitchen was well stocked and nice deck area for outdoor eating and card games. Sheets and towels were shift but beds felt quitworn with dibits in the middle.

Very nice holiday!

We had three families with 6 kids and 6 adults. The home is very nicely appointed and equipped and it was perfect for our group to be together. The host was very responsive to our requests as well. Only two minor demerits. The side yard is not good for kids to play in (thistles) and there’s no AC. We did experience extremely hot, humid weather for a few days but we still had an excellent time. We would rent this again.

Outdoor needs some TLC

Disappointed in the yard maintainance. Looked like there had not been anything done for a very long period. Considering the cost of rental I would and being a summer getaway the outdoor landscape is important to maintain. The house itself was nice.

Great Time

The ten of us had a great time at Greenwater. The house was very spacious, though the basement beds left a lot to be desired, and there were plenty of things to do while there. It wasn't the greatest weather our first day there, but there were a lot of games provided that kept us busy. Though we didn't use them, there were also lots of videos available to watch. The house was wonderfully set up for such a large group and there were plenty of kitchen items for cooking. The bathrooms were also nice and the outside area had lots of room for lounging and games. Overall, it was great and if we ever had such a large group get-together again I would be looking at staying there.

Very well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and furnishings. Lots of toys for the toddler with us and the fans in the bedrooms were an added plus as the weather was extremely hot during our stay. The beach is close and the stores were conviently located. It wasn't our first time staying here and, hopefully, it won't be our last.

Lovely spacious cabin for our family of 10. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Basement has excellent selection of TV entertainment & games. Everything was 5 star in our opinion with the exception of no AC & no screen doors to open so poor air circulation. It was very hot & humid during our stay & nights were a bit uncomfortable, although fans were supplied in all bedrooms. The yard could use some TLC & also the firepit area. All in all though, it is a very nice place to stay.

Highlight of the summer

I can't say enough good things about our experience in renting and staying at this property. Alicia was an excellent communicator who always got back to us in very short order, ensuring we had all necessary information prior to arrival. During our stay, everyone had a wonderful time. The kids loved having free reign in the basement, where there were lots of games and puzzles, plus tons of video options for the large tv. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking including a drink fridge! The property was clean inside and out. It was a short walking distance to the beach and store. We all agreed this vacation was the highlight of our summer and we hope to be back again.

No issues in renting, contact person was very good to deal with. We had a slight issue however it was dealt with promptly. We all enjoyed the stay.

Amazing house to rent in Greewater Lake

We rented this house with another family in July 2022. It is a great place to stay in Greewater Lake. it's a quite new and comfortable house. I definitely recommend it!

Awesome place to stay, Lots of room. Clean and in a great location. Tons of parking. Alicia was great to deal with and quick replies. Easy directions and friendly. Ill definitely be staying here again.

Cozy winter getaway!

We were very happy with the property overall! Was well equipped for kids (crib, high chair, toys, etc.) which was very helpful for us as saved us some packing. The property is well stocked with kitchen stuff, games and puzzles. We loved the cozy wood burning fireplace after a day of sledding. The property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. We really enjoyed our stay.
