This 5-stars mansion extends over 243 square meters and can comfortably accommodate eight guests. The house offers everything you need for a fabulous holiday: a 35 m2pool, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, lounge furniture, and an outdoor dining area. The spacious terrace in front enables grilling on the large wood barbecue and offers an amazing view of the verdant surrounding hills.The pool can be heated. Surcharge for pool heating: 250 eur/week. Period in which heating is available: 01.06.-30.09. Other periods with previous agreement.
The interior is modern, inspired by classical beige and grey tones. The fireplace in the living room gives an extra touch of welcome. The open concept living room is connected to the dining area with a big wooden table. A fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, a flat TV, and a balcony.
Beneath the pool area, you can find a big playground area with a slide and a trampoline, as well as the volleyball and badminton court.
Villa Bellatrix is located next to Luxury Villa Phoenix and together they accommodate up to 16persons.
While in Istria we recommend exploring other charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The hilly landscape is ideal for hiking or cycling. The nearest beach is 12 km away from the villa.
