Very spacious villa with a beautiful garden! Good facilities in the property and a good selection of shops close by. We particularly enjoyed the ferry trip to Formentor and window shopping for boats in the harbour

We had a wonderful stay at Pep’s place. The outdoor area is very charming with various seating options, BBQ area and a large swimmingpool where we spent a lot of time! The location is great to explore the northern part of Mallorca while being very private and peaceful We would love to come back!

Family holiday

Our first family holiday since Covid and this property was wonderful. The building itself is full of character but the gardens and outside living space was just fantastic! Great location of Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa but a car definitely necessary (although walkable to two restaurants and the supermarkets (when it’s not mid 30’s!))

Fabulous place for a family holiday.

Outdoor space with BBQ, fridge, bathroom and lounge spaces. Oh and of course the pool! Could have done with a few more essentials on arrival, additional bin bags and dishwasher tablets to help abide with the no rubbish on site rule to deter ants

Lovely and very cozy house with good outdoor area. Fully equipped pool area with fridge, grill, bath etc. Good and private location close to both Pollensa, Port Pollensa and Alcudia. Host helped with two high chairs, baby beds and a gate to the pool.

Villa for family holidays

Our family had a wonderful holiday in this villa, the garden and pool were a total success, especially with the outdoor bathroom which is super handy. The barbecue area with its large seating area made our evenings more enjoyable. Also, the table tennis table is ideal to keep everyone entertained. Thank you Home Villas 😊

Beautiful villa, pool and garden - lovely stay.

We had such a brilliant stay - the property was beautiful with a wonderful secluded garden. The facilities were everything we needed plus some things. It was super clean and communication with the host was easy with a quick response. They left a great welcome basket on arrival. We couldn't have been happier.

Brilliant communication with the host throughout our stay

Brilliant communication with the host throughout our stay - we had a couple of issues that were solved within minutes of contacting them. The villa was perfect for our family of 5 but could have easily accommodated up to 8. Well equipped with everything we needed. The private pool area and gardens were particularly lovely. The location is ideal to explore both Alcudia and Pollensa (a car is necessary though) We would love to return soon

Very good experience. We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed the villa and its pool/pool area

Pep' responsiveness and action pre arrival information sharing. House location, BBQ and pool area are great. kitchen cutlery and furnitures could be renewed/upgraded ( e.g. no good knife, no salad spinner, ..). The 2 inside bathrooms could be refreshed too ( timescales removal, ....).

Fabulous property

We loved this beautiful house, especially the outdoor areas. The house itself is beautiful and well equipped (could do with bread knife and a bigger kitchen knife). We couldn’t find a kettle but the owner turned up with a brand new one within 30 mins of us reporting it to the management company. This house seemed so loved and cared for. We will be back! The only slight downside was the mattresses weren’t the most comfy.

This is a beautiful villa- the photos do not do justice to the wonderful garden

This is a beautiful villa- the photos do not do justice to the wonderful garden. It is big enough for playing football with active children, has an outdoor kitchen and a fantastic pool. The basketball hoop and the table tennis table were also brilliant. (There are only 2 table tennis bats- we had not expected any, though, and taken extra). The villa provided pool towels as well as bath towels (we took our own beach towels) and although we did not spend much time indoors was lovely there, too. A highlight was being able to walk into the main square in 30 minutes for dinner- so much choice. It was a fantastic base for a great holiday, thank you.

Das perfekte Haus im Sommer für Familien und Freunde.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ein wunderschöner Garten. Tolle Lage!
