ADMIRAL QUARTERS 601 est l’un des condominiums de luxe les plus recherchés d’Orange Beaches, situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique et à proximité des restaurants, des boutiques de souvenirs et des épiceries.

L’Admiral Quarters 601 se trouve dans le coin est (meilleure vue) et son vaste balcon couvert à 180 degrés offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et la plage de sable Sugar-White.

Cette spectaculaire unité de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains au 6ème étage a récemment fait l’objet d’un important remodelage et offre 2120 pieds carrés d’habitation luxueuse avec un plan ouvert et spacieux. Les meubles élégants et les carreaux de travertin donnent à l'unité une sensation à la fois sophistiquée et confortable. Le salon peut accueillir 8 personnes et comprend des fauteuils inclinables en cuir à moteur en acier Flex. Il y a un nouveau téléviseur SAMSUNG 4K de 65 pouces SAMSUNG !!

La cuisine est entièrement meublée et a été récemment rénovée avec de NOUVEAUX comptoirs en granit gris et des armoires grises. Les appareils sont en acier inoxydable et comprennent un NOUVEAU four à convection double Whirlpool. Le bar a de nouveaux comptoirs en granit gris et une machine à glaçons. Il y a une grande buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec vue sur le golfe et accès au grand balcon. La salle de bain principale possède un grand bain à remous, une douche séparée, une grande double vasque et un grand dressing. Il y a un téléviseur VIZIO SMART de 50 pouces!

La chambre 2 est une immense 2e suite parentale avec un bain attenant et un balcon privé. Il a un 55in VIZIO 4K SMART TV!

La chambre 3 a un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée attenante. Il y a une télévision 50in!

Chambre 4 a deux lits complets avec une baignoire qui se connecte également à la salle. Il a un 40in SMART 4K TV!

Le très grand balcon offre une vue panoramique de 180 degrés et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 11 personnes. Il surplombe la grande piscine extérieure, le golfe du Mexique et la plage blanche de SUCRE.

Une grande piscine extérieure, une piscine couverte chauffée, un sauna, une salle de sport et des barbecues sont à la disposition des clients. Il dispose d'un espace de stationnement couvert assigné.

Il y a neuf terrains de golf exceptionnels dans la région, une excellente pêche dans le golfe et dans les grands fonds, un bon restaurant et des boutiques fantastiques au centre commercial à proximité. Le jeu est une heure et 45 minutes à Biloxi, Mississippi.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Everything was spotless upon arrival – super clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. One of our favorite parts was the balcony – the furniture was top-notch and perfect for enjoying the breathtaking beach view with morning coffee or evening sunsets with a cold beverage. Top Notch Vacation

Loved this property. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed during our trip. It was also very spacious and had a spectacular view of the gulf. Couldn't have asked for a better property. Last but not least, the community with the owners was amazing. They thought of everything and checked on us throughout our stay. Amazing time all around.

Wonderful Time At Admiral's Quarters

We loved staying at this property! We had two families share this condo; 4 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space to spread out. The adults especially loved the large balcony. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need, even beach chairs! The owner Tim checked in with us when we arrived and I felt I could contact him with any questions, though none arose. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Tim and Sara!

family vacation

our weeklong vacation in 601 was perfect. The condo was just beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had amazing views of the beach from the large balcony with plenty of seating for a large family The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Tim and Sara were wonderful hosts and made checkin effortless. Communication with them before and during our stay was great. It was our first time to stay at Admirals Quarters but will definitely be back.

Amazing rental!

This unit was perfect for my family of 8! The condo was spotless all the beds we’re comfortable and the view is amazing! There’s pretty much anything you need to cook with in the kitchen. Good location with plenty to do close by. Not a long walk to the breach at all and pool is really nice as well! You can’t go wrong booking this unit !

The owners were great and the condo had more items than you would ever expect including spices, pots and pans, crock pot, multiple blenders and choppers, coffee makers and everything needed for a great stay. Big tv's and fans in every room and not as crowded as the giant properties with more rooms.Sara went above and beyond to make it easy on us. We had a great stay and will be renting it again next year or sooner.

Clean and big condo- lots of room

We loved the big balcony and having an elevator. There was so much room for the 5 of us to craft. Couches were very comfy and so were the beds. We got used to the long walk to the beach. Trevon was sweet to rent the chairs from. I sat by the pool the last day which was nice.

Just right!

This condo was just right in all aspects! Right amount of space for 6 adults and 3 children! Right floor for taking the stairs (if feeling in need of exercise Ha). Right location for good food and good golf. Right good property owner—available if needed (we didn’t). I have nothing wrong to say about our stay here!

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone travelling to Orange Beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, modern and clean condo. Location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and the Back Country trail. A beautiful setting right in the beach! The owners, Tim and Sara were great to deal with, we found them to be very responsive and helpful for any question we had. In addition, check in and out procedures are very simple and effective. Great week!

Excellent accommodations. This was the first time we rented a condo and had all 10 of us on one floor living. It actually was great. Sometimes having an upstairs allowed for some space between families. But 601 was big enough inside we still had area to feel spread out when needed! Communication with owners was easy and so was check. Great week!

Great location and great pool

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's a great location and a great set up with lots of room. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the balcony the most! It's quite spacious. The condo was not as clean as I was expecting. Nothing major, but it seemed like the unit hadn't had a detailed clean in a while. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Great Location in OB

My sister’s family and mine enjoyed our stay at Admirals Quarters-I loved this area of Orange Beach as it was just outside of the real crowded areas but still close enough to hop over to Publix or get takeout. There were 10 of us total and I feel like we had enough room. Condo was well stocked. The rugs were a little past their life wear but overall we had a wonderful time. Big plus that it’s owner managed-Tim and Sara were very easy to get in touch with.

A great time had by all.

Thanks to this amazing VRBO we had a great time. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable to sit back and relax and watch movies at night. The kitchen was great to cook in if that’s your thing. Plenty of privacy for everyone. The owners were very nice and even gave us places to go eat. Last but not least was the view of the ocean. I didn’t have to watch TV when I had the ocean view. You could see the ocean from several places within the condo. The balcony had a great view and breeze. Love to come back next year.

Admiral Quarters is a low density great property. We purchased our first property AQ 1003 (2br/2.5ba vrbo #353410) here 2011 and now have three properties in the building.Guests love the amount of space in the units and the large decks. .

Guests love the roominess of the 2120 sf and the unobstructed 180 deg spectacular views from the large East corner balcony. In addition guests have commented on the cormfort of the balcony furniture that seats 11 as well as the five Flex Steel Leather, Powered Recliners. .
