Prime location for our stay in London and Ross really makes that property work. He was very helpful, full of recommendations, responsive, basically anything you needed, he was your guy. If you’re not from a city area and visiting, just bring some earplugs so you can sleep. Other than that, we had a great time and had everything we needed in the apartment.

What an amazing location an easy walk from Waterloo station to the apartment . Literally a stones throw to Trafalgar Square and easy access to Charring Cross station . Ross who welcomes you and takes care of the flat is super helpful and very welcoming . Super spacious and highly stylish apartment . I would highly recommend for access to sightseeing , landmarks , theatres , museums and much more .

London Centre

Convenient location but very noisy from traffic and sirens. Communication from the start was poor to non-existent. Place was not clean...lots of dust bunnies and hair! When travelling from out of country you want a host that helps from the start not just when you arrive.Do not recommend.

Family trip

Excellent apartment in the best area of London. Great accommodation with lots of room, state of the art kitchen and appliances, large windows overlooking Whitehall road, walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham palace and Trafalger. The host, Ross, was fantastic and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. The only issue was the AC was not very strong and the temp in London was very high, but we dealt with it and it was not an issue. Excellent vacation rental.

Wonderful stay near Buckingham Palace!

Wonderful apartment - spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had 4 guests and found the space perfect for our group. Ross, the property manager, was so helpful and easy to deal with. Great location - just down the block from Trafalgar Square, Horse Guards. Easy walk to the palace, Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abby, Covent Garden.

Fantastic flat with an amazing location and awesome host!

The flat is very high end and is one of those rare properties that is even better than represented online. You can’t beat the location for London sightseeing. Ross is an incredible host. It was the highlight of our vacation!

The good and the bad

The apartment is in the heart of the city within walking distance to many sites. It is also extremely loud. The street noise and light from people, vehicles, sirens, demonstrations, bars, theater and restaurants is constant. Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to get any sleep in the master bedroom. The apartment itself needs a deep cleaning, some repairs and interior paint. The coffee machine does not work at all, nor did the toilet in the laundry room and the washing machine stopped working during our stay. One bright spot was Ross, the house keeper. He was extremely helpful and made many good recommendations.

The property manager Ross was friendly and kind. He personally welcomed us and gave us ideas of where to take our kids. He was easily reached when we had any inquiries. I would definitely book the place again, amenities and location are perfect

Great location and wonderful experience

The communication on the app was sub par but the site manager was fantastic. Example - I wasn’t sent any info until the day off our stay and needed to ask the host for checkin instructions. Which they did reply they were very short with us as if we were bothering him. Probably the poorest communication I’ve experience I’ve ever had. But the when we arrived the site manager was leagues above the rest. The best experience I’ve had. He was very polite and told us all the history of the neighborhood and walked us to the nearest store - even called around a couple places to see if they were still serving food as we got in late. Over all fantastic experience. Couldn’t recommend this place more. If the owner is reading this
you must do better with communication on the app. Just not acceptable and I’m sure you turn a lot of people off before they even get to the flat/apartment.
