Wonderful property for our 3 generation family celebration. More games, indoor and outdoor, than our grandchildren could believe and a cinema room for when we ran out of energy!Splendidly equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with great showers and a friendly, helpful welcome from the owner's mother to deal with any questions we had.Thoroughly recommend Red Bluff.

The house was beautifully clean with everything we needed for our stay, and more. Very comfortable beds with great bedding and towels. The kitchen was so well equipped with essentials and treats given. The garden was very large with a football goal and many sports items.The hosts mother Diana was very caring and helpful without being intrusive. She had sorted age appropriate games for the children which they loved as well as the cinema room.All in all we had a fantastic weekend in the house. Thank you.

A wonderful family stay for three generations, with five very young grandchildren. The house was extremely well equipped, and the hosts went above and beyond to provide everything we needed for the little ones, including equipment, games and toys.The large garden was perfect for the children and provided a lovely, safe environment for them to play and explore. The football net and tree swing were firm favourites, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and made sure throughout our stay that everything was just right. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail really made our family break special.A fantastic, safe and family-friendly home with wonderful hosts — we would definitely recommend.

We had a party of 12 - 6 adults and 6 children (aged 12-16) and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations - with lovely little touches such as welcome goodies and a hamper of toiletries. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Being quite a sporty party - we made full use of the tennis court/basket ball net, the expansive garden for rounders (and golf!) and the younger children enjoyed the tree swing. There was also an extensive assortment of games and books and a fantastic cinema room - something for everyone.Dianna was fantastic throughout - very attentive and flexible to our needs. It was a home away from home - we didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful weekend here with friends and our children. There is a great open plan living space that opens out onto comfortable outside seating and the garden. There is a great cinema room but the huge garden with climbing frame, football posts, swing and access to a tennis court meant the children didn’t actually use it much. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying at Red Bluff House!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful house. There is everything you could ever need here. We feel so safe and comfortable. The host's Mum Diana is such a lovely lady who is so thoughtful! It was a perfect 3 day family break where ages range from 6 to 85!

Lovely house with so much to offer

We loved our stay. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of space to sleep and do activities! House is really well designed and super comfortable. Great hosts and I felt well taken care of.

We booked the house for a surprise family long weekend in celebration of my wife’s 60th birthday. A social environment was what we were hoping for and the house did not let us down in anyway. The open plan downstairs is a fantastic living space and with the doors open to the outside patio area it was just perfect. The whole house is nicely decorated and the family photos give it a really warm feel. It has everything provided you could possibly need during your stay and all quality items from the beds and bedding, utensils, entertainment, it’s all good. Elle’s mom Diana looks after the property and was a fabulous host. We used Norelle who is a chef living very close to the house to cook a family dinner on Saturday night, it was an absolute delight and I would recommend anyone staying there to book her. Overall we had a fantastic long weekend and made memories to last forever. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying to book, you won’t regret it.

Excellent place for a family weekend

We very much enjoyed our weekend at the house. The accommodation is very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped with plenty of space for an extended family group. We loved the large garden tennis court and cinema room. The hosts' communication, welcome and helpfulness were excellent.

Great place for a family weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The layout was perfect for a large family gathering, the cinema room was genuinely better than an actual cinema and the kids (aged from 3 to 8) loved the garden and the tennis court.

We had an amazing long weekend at this property with our group of friends and kids (between 6 and 10yrs). The weather was lovely, so we took full advantage of the great outdoor dining / lounge area while the kids played in the large garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the large stock of board games and outdoor games for the kids, and the cinema room was great. We also used the tennis court next door, which was an added bonus! We spent a fun afternoon at Finkley Down Farm which was a 15 min drive away - highly recommended! The host was friendly and accommodating, and was really helpful with our questions such as an early check-in and accommodating a camper van. We would not hestiate to book again!

I am glad I chose this accommodation for my 30th.The scenery was lovely, the house was fully equipped, kitchen and utilities too.The house is very modern and relaxing, the cinema room was just out of this world. The hosts were lovely, as were their parents who checked us in.Highly recommend this property.

We stay in a lot of different properties. And this was one of the best. The bedrooms and facilities upstairs were great and having air con (heat pump source thing which I don't fully understand) was great. But the downstairs and outside space were brilliant. The Kitchen was fabulous with everything we needed their. and the living space was brilliant. The sliding doors allowed the inside to be outside and in the evenings this just felt like being abroad. The outside gardens had everything the kids wanted or needed so they all loved it as well. Without doubt a house we will look to use again and a place we will recommend to go (already have)Thank you PS and your Mums were lovely too (especially the England flags etc being added to our welcome pack. Brilliant idea thank you )

Great place for a get together

Smart, well-stocked, spacious home. Large garden was excellent for the dogs. We had really hot weather, and the terrace was a great place to just chilled. Good place for our family reunion. Thanks Elle, Ben and 'the Mum's' !

Don’t hesitate - just book it!

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Red Bluff House. The house is even better than the pictures suggest. The flow of the kitchen area/living space/outdoor area was perfect for our two families (4 adults & 4 kids). Nothing was too much trouble for Elle and her mother and all their recommendations for local pubs etc were spot on.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! There were 10 adults and 2 children in our group, and the space was perfect for all of us—comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped.We stayed for 2 nights over Easter to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. We enjoyed a lovely barbecue and spent quality time together without ever feeling cramped. The house had everything we needed, and the atmosphere made the celebration extra special.The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and offering flexibility with check-out, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience stress-free and even more enjoyable.A special mention to her mum and mother-in-law, who were both very kind and welcoming—they really added a lovely personal touch to our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for group stays, family gatherings, or special occasions. We would definitely love to come back!

Perfect family stay

We have just returned from a family weekend and we had the most wonderful time. Communication prior to our arrival was clear and concise, check in was smooth. The attention to detail in this home was second to none, we were left wanting for nothing. The property itself is stunning, comfortable and had everything you needed. Superb Home

We had a fantastic stay at Red Bluff House. As a large group including adults and children, the house had every amenity we needed. From the generous open plan living and dining area, to the cinema room and the huge outdoor space with lots of seating and activities for kids. The huge selection of puzzles and board games was a great added touch. Everything was clean, modern and in excellent condition. Hosts were very responsive to our needs during the stay. Highly recommended!
