The sought-after holiday resort of Agia Pelagia is within walking distance, home to an array of tavernas offering traditional but also international dishes, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques, which will invite you to explore the quaint streets. There are several interesting places to visit close by, including the Minoan Palace of Knossos and the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 4 steps. There is a steep incline to the villa entrance. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat, however there is a small step up to the dining area. The pool itself requires ladder access. This is a ground floor property, where the door into the kitchen is 100cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 200cm wide.
