The main house boasts a grand entrance leading into an open plan kitchen dining space with bifold doors leading out into the garden area with a log fire pit surrounded by fruitful plum trees (when in season) & private 6 person HotTub and Decking area.
The garden is a real sun trap with beautiful sunset views whilst enjoy a glass of bubbly and soaking in the hot tub!

The large island space is perfect for family gatherings and for those of us who loves to cook.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, Samsung fridge freezer with a interactive screen. Induction hobs with 2 ovens and one grill and an inbuilt microwave.
The 55 inch LG TV with firestick & Sony Soundbar and subwoofer is great for group movie nights.
There is Underfloor heating to the kitchen and lounge room and
a built in speaker system in Kitchen, living room and dining room.
Utility & Toilet - To the rear of the kitchen is a utility with samsung waster, dryer and water distiller.
The Snug: A large, cosy snug room with a gas fire is perfect for those winter evenings.
A 55 Inch TV with firestick is perfect for those family movie nights or if your group can not decide on the same movie it’s a second TV choice.

Arden House is located down a quiet peaceful cobbled lane.
There are treks and walks that begin at the end of the lane for hours of walking, biking and exploring. Take a 5 minute walk to a local bistro pub that serves wonderful winter warming food.
Group Bookings Welcome But No Wild Parties.
There is also a private fishing pond which is available for hire.
Ample parking for over 10 cars - It can get a little muddy in one of the parking areas.
5th Bedroom booking: Located away from the main house in the annex adjacent to the garden. Double sofa bed - please note that this room is not included with the main house booking , however it can be requested with an additional charge (subject to availability)
