Relax in our brand new, beautifully furnished apartment, perfectly located for both work and play. Just a short walk from Beestonâs vibrant town centre, local amenities, and excellent transport links, itâs the ideal retreat.
With Boots HQ only a mile away and Nottingham City Centre just 4 miles, youâre perfectly positioned for both business and leisure. Enjoy the convenience of charming local restaurants and pubs just steps from your door.
The property is a delightful new build in a quiet residential area. There are two good sized double bedrooms with one ensuite and one family bathroom. There is a lovely open plan kitchen diner and living space to relax in.
The guests will enjoy the property all to themselves, and have access to all parts of the property, with free onsite parking directly opposite the apartment.
â Additional cleaning services are mandatory for stays longer than 14 days.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any
assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is
professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are
guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies
the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
