The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and essentials. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. The large south-west facing terrace naturally divides into two sections: a dining area and BBQ with views of the tropical gardens, and a relaxation area furnished with contemporary lounge sofas where you can enjoy the landscaped subtropical gardens and the peaceful surroundings.
The bathrooms have underfloor heating, there is air conditioning and wifi throughout. There is underground parking for 1 car. Pool towels are provided.
