Garden Rose is introduced by a cool garden, where there are the
above-ground swimming pool with wooden covering and an equipped outdoor
area with sofas and umbrella.
The house is on a raised ground floor. The porch is  spacious,
furnished as outdoor dinign area. The rooms of the villa are basic but
cozy: a living room with dining area and tv, a kitchen, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and two twin-sized beds and 1 full bathroom.

holiday home with garden and swimming pool is in Porto Cesareo, 500
meters away from the sea. The centre of Porto Cesareo is within walking
distance, less than 2 kilometers away. Porto Cesareo is known for its
beautiful beaches and the seaside locations of Torre Lapillo and Punta
Prosciutto.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
- There is a dependendance where the owner lives.
