Apartment located in Località Lacona on the ground floor of a completely renovated two-storey farmhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century, about 700 meters from the Lacona beach, one of the largest on the island. The promenade is characterized by restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners at sunset by the sea. On the beach, free areas alternate with concession areas that have services such as rental of sun loungers and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and equipment for water sports. Nearby there are grocery and other shops for every convenience. It is one of the most popular areas of the island, thanks to its width and its fine sand, the clear and clean water with a bottom that slopes very gently towards the open sea. Close to almost the entire beach you will be surrounded by a large pine forest, which guarantees natural shading to the beach in certain time slots, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub. Let's not forget that this is a stretch of coast full of wonderful coves, just over 1 km from the beach of Margidore, 2 km from the wonderful and wild Laconella.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in the external space of the apartment or in the common areas of the house, parking for external vehicles of unregistered guests is prohibited

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices. The linen, if booked previously, must be collected from our offices in Portoferraio.
