Points forts : Arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Property gave the impression of a poor quality DIY renovation of a student flat. Exterior was very poorly maintained with weeds in the front yard and peeling paintwork. Back yard was unsuably dirty. Bathroom had some mould but was relatively clean and functional with a good shower and no hot water issues. Kitchen was similar.
