Welcome to the GARDEN Apartment at Bella Vista Apartments! Bella Vista consists of four brand-new apartments (NORTH, EAST, WEST, and SOUTH), each offering full, unobstructed views of Lake Maggiore. We’ve built these apartments with your vacation in mind. Designed with high-end features, multifunctional spaces, elegant bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi throughout, the apartments at Bella Vista offer you privacy, relaxation, and convenience. There is private parking on the gated Bella Vista property for our guests, as well as common areas for sunbathing and barbecuing. Each apartment has its own washing machine, air conditioning, and heating.

Bella Vista Apartments are located just above the charming little medieval town of Someraro, which is a frazione—a hamlet—of Stresa. Just a four-kilometer, five-minute drive from the center of Stresa, this is the perfect location from which to explore the area. Charming Someraro, with its narrow streets and picturesque houses, has two restaurants just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. With stunning views, comfort, and convenience, this is the ideal spot from which to discover Lake Maggiore and its beautiful towns, each with its own character and charm, and the perfect apartment to return to and relax in at the end of your day.

In the GARDEN apartment, the open-concept living space offers a full view of the lake from the living areas as well as from the kitchen window. The apartment is on the first floor, making it ideal for those who prefer not to access their apartment via stairs.

Outside the apartment, a stone terrace runs the entire length of the apartment. You can access it through the sliding doors in the living room or through the main door in the kitchen. Additionally, it can be accessed from the bedroom, which also offers a beautiful view of the lake. Imagine dining and relaxing outside on your private terrace as sailboats and ferries zigzag across the lake...

The modern kitchen is spacious, featuring a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage space. There are dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and all the utensils you need to prepare meals. Wine glasses, too, of course!

The living area features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a queen-size sofa bed. Surrounded by views all day long, you can draw the blackout curtains to sleep at night.

The dining area, located between the kitchen and the living room, features a large, modern table and chairs for dining indoors.

The bedroom is spacious and tranquil. You can draw the curtains to darken the room for lazy mornings. A full wall of closets offers all the storage space you’ll need and is conveniently located.

The spa-like bathroom, surrounded by elegant stone tile, features a large shower, all fixtures, and your washing machine.

In addition to your private terrace, you can enjoy lazy afternoons on the sun terrace and use the barbecue area in the evening to round out another beautiful day on Lake Maggiore.
