If I had not been down a few weeks prior to our stay and checked with reception about where to go to check in as we was arriving late we would not have known. I also had to email the day before about this as had had no email about check in This being said the caravan was as expected (very wobbly table by dining area), excellent area for us as we have family who live over the road at Seahaven Springs We will be booking againGranddaughter who is 6 said she had the best time ever, beach, paddling pool, arcades, donkey, ice cream but most importantly spending time with family
