Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war absolut ok. Der Außenbereich könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es gab ein oder zwei Punkte, die verbesserungsbedürftig sind. 1. die gesamte Heizungssituation ist schwierig. Das Kinderschlafzimmer und das Hauptbad haben keine Heizung. Je nach Außentemperatur wird das schon sportlich. Die Steuerung der Heizung blieb uns bis zum Schluss schleierhaft. Morgens hatten wir im Wohnbereich nur noch 14 Grad. 2. Leider sind auch einige Fenster undicht.

Achtung Schimmel!!

Achtung, Schimmel!!! Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus mit 7 Personen inklusive 3 kleinen Kindern für eine Woche angemietet. Voller Vorfreude mussten wir beim Check in feststellen, dass das Haus nicht gereinigt war. Telefonisch ist samstags niemand erreichbar, also schrieb ich eine Mail und hoffte auf Antwort. In der Zwischenzeit gingen wir spazieren. 3 Stunden später konnten wir dann endlich mit völlig übermüdeten Kindern einchecken. Zunächst dachten wir, super endlich Urlaub. Doch nach und nach stellten wir immer mehr Mängel an und in dem Haus fest. x Kaputte Beleuchtung im Außenbereich x ein relativ großes Loch in einer Metallabdeckung, unter dem es einige meter in die Tiefe geht x kaputte Gartenlounge x ungepflegter und dreckiger Außenbereich x lockeres Treppengeländer x fehlender Wasserkocher, der im Internet angepriesen wird Desweiteren riecht die Unterkunft nach Abflussgerüchen. Die Heizung funktioniert nur bei durchgehender Beleuchtung im Essbereich. Die ersten Tage sind wir bei 16 grad aufgestanden, bis wir das raus hatten und das Licht nachts anliessen. Am aller schlimmsten jedoch war das verschimmelte kinderschlafzimmer!!! Eine komplette fensterfront, einfach verglast und ohne Heizung, der absolute Horror! Unsere Freunde sind frühzeitig abgereist, da wir niemanden in diesem Zimmer nur eine weitere Nacht schlafen lassen wollten! Der Eigentümer ist für uns nicht zu sprechen und die Agentur will keine Kosten erstatten. Ein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht, eine schimmel

Unterkunft war sehr enttäuschend

Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, so dass notwendige Utensilien selbst angeschafft werden mussten. Das Eisfach war komplett zugefroren. Bei dem stürmischen Wetter haben wir dann noch feststellenmüssen, dass die Fenster nicht dicht sind. Diese Dinge haben wir der Agentur mitgeteilt, damit evtl. nachfolgende Vermietungen besser laufen.

Das Haus an sich ist schön eingerichtet hat allerdings seine besten Tage hinter sich! Die Sauberkeit war echt katastrophal, wir mussten erstmal die Küche putzen ink. dem Geschirr! Bis jetzt hat sich niemand zu meinen Beschwerden gemeldet!!!! Bevor wir angereist sind wurde eine Frage innerhalb von 10 min beantwortet! Mal sehen ob noch was kommt!!!!!!!

Voldoet niet aan verwachtingen. Veel te veel mankementen.

Mooie locatie, dicht bij strand en op wandelafstand van winkels. Gezellig ingericht qua interieur. Véél minpunten: Gedurende heel het verblijf geen WIFI! Er is geprobeerd dit op te lossen maar het probleem lag bij de provider dus daardoor jammer genoeg niet op te lossen tijdens ons verblijf. Onverwarmde, ijskoude badkamer, kinderen niet kunnen wassen. Groot maar nergens opbergruimte. Toilettas moet op de grond geplaatst worden. Douchen in badkamer was onmogelijk; afvoer verstopt waardoor badkamer onder water liep. Keuken: oven vuil aangeladen, diepvries volledig aangevroren, spoelbak keuken lekte, geen dweil ,niets voorhanden. Eettafel mooi maar schrik om vlekken te maken op het houten tablet. Niets van placemats etc om dit te vermijden. Buiten: mooie terrasjes MAAR onkruid overal! Prijs-kwaliteit = niet in orde.
