The lounge has sliding patio door leading out to an outside covered lounge patio area and then to lush private gardens with beautiful plants and exotic trees. Surrounding the villa and there are fabulous sun terraces with outside dinning table and chairs, for dining al fresco and a charcoal BBQ.

Bedroom 3: double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, safe, air conditioning, balcony equipped with 2 relax chairs. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet.

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
