This 4 bedroom south facing villa with private swimming pool (with child pool safety fence for extra security), BBQ and terrace overlooking the second par-4 tee of the Pinhal Golf Course. Equipped with air conditioning, LCD, Wireless.

This self-catering villa to a high specification. It is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura overlooking the Pinhal golf course. There are two suites upstairs and a two suite on the ground floor. There is a large living room and dining area with access to the pool area, and a large full HD LCD screen with cable TV. The fully equipped large kitchen includes a Delta coffee machine and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Dining Room: dining table with seating for 10 people, air conditioning.

Outside area: garden, gated swimming pool( 9m x 5m) the depth is between 120cm - 220cm, and access is by roman steps, with poolside shower , dining table with 8 chairs, 8 sun loungers, BBQ, private car parking. The access to the pool area is all flat and level too.

The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 200 euros per week.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 Euros

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
