Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds, is a private estate amidst lakeside trails, rivers and hundreds of acres of green space. It boasts an award-winning spa, numerous swimming pools, an outstanding restaurant and an activity centre. Whether you hire a kayak, try your hand at paddle boarding, practice your serve or enjoy a drink on your private decking.
All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
OVERVIEW
Detached barn-style property with hot tub accommodating eight guests, two double en-suite bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a separate shower room. Spacious open-plan accommodation finished to a high standard. The property also benefits from a hot tub, situated on the decking overlooking the beautiful Howell's Mere lake. The hot tub is included in the price of the property.

Fully equipped kitchen, offering cream units with granite work surfaces incorporating many built-in appliances to include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. Electric AGA with gas hob make a lovely feature to this barn style property. Fully equipped for eight guests. Oak dining table seating eight, Three large sofas, two tub chairs, coffee table, side tables and a LG 52' Smart TV. Wood burner stove.

Lakeside double en-suite bathroom with sliding door onto the terrace. Two further twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and adjoining shower room. First floor master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite shower room.
OUTSIDE
From the living area there is access onto the enclosed south-facing terrace with hot tub, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.

We have a spa onsite with a bracing outdoor eco-pool, naturally filtered by water lilies. There are two more 20m heated pools â one indoor and one outdoor, a steam room, a sauna and a technogym. Treatments are also available at the spa.
We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.
You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!
