This is a great place to stay in Litchfield by the Sea. The condo was clean and well equipped for a great vacation. Perfect location for families as it is a short walk to the Summerhouse pool with splash pads and lazy river. Short easy drive to the beach access parking lot. We also appreciated all of the beach items available to use from the owners shed. Kerri the owner was very responsive to all of our questions and very helpful.

Wonderful stay

This was our first stay in this unit and it did not disappoint! It’s as fully stocked as described and spotless with plenty of room for four adults. The porch was ideal for relaxing and you are a two minute drive to the beach access. I highly recommend this stay.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time here. There were a couple minor issues, but the owner took care of them the same day. We enjoyed being about 90 minutes from Charleston and about 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach. We had fun exploring lots of places!

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate all efforts from the owners to inform you of everything you may need to know! I really enjoyed the porch and the cleanliness of the place! I definitely would recommend someone staying here if you don’t mind having a little walk to the beach!

Summer vacation

This is a cozy condo that is just as described in the listing. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do including the pool, beach, Starbucks and a restaurant.
