VILLA 7SEAS is an extremely high standard two-storey residence, of unique aesthetics, fully in harmony with the environment, completed in 2023 and is an ideal choice for families and small groups of friends or couples up to eight people. Clean lines, natural colors, wood and stone dominate everywhere and create feelings of relaxation and tranquility. On the ground floor, the visitor will find two bedrooms, with two double beds, measuring 1.80 X 2, a 43-inch Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is still the living room with comfortable sofas and a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, as well as the ultra-modern kitchen, equipped with all the latest electrical appliances, a large work bench can comfortably accommodate the meals of our guests. All areas of the house have direct access to the pool area and a unique view of the Libyan sea.On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80X2, a 43-inch smart T.V. and a bathroom with a shower and you'll also find a 2-person jacuzzi. A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, lounge and outdoor dining area, invites you to relax and enjoy your drink or food, in the company of one of the most impressive sunsets of the island. In the basement of the house there is the last bedroom of the house, with two single beds 0.90 X 2 and a bathroom with a shower, as well as the laundry room. It has its own separate entrance. The property also features a wine selection of fine local wines, allowing guests to enjoy authentic regional flavors and premium liquors.. This service is available for an additional fee. The house offers you privacy and security with a security door and an alarm. ExteriorThe connection of the interior spaces of the house with its exterior spaces is done with absolute balance and freedom. Dominating is the large swimming pool of 50 m² which can be heated (upon an extra charge), as well as a special section for our little friends. The famous Schinaria beach is 600 m away, it is organized and has a diving center. In addition to Schinaria, you will also find the rest of the impressive beaches in the area such as Damnoni, Plakia, Preveli, Ammoudi and others. A Cretan dream villa

We were lucky enough to stay in villa 7 seas for 9 days, the villa is utterly exceptional everything has been well thought out and finished to a luxury specification. The location is second to none, quiet relaxing but with nice restaurants and beaches within 5-10 minutes. Marios the host was superb throughout our stay and even helped with restaurant bookings all of which were great and saved us when we got a flat tyre some miles away from the villa. We have stayed in a number of luxury villas around Europe seven seas without doubt is the best and we will be returning. If you are thinking about booking go for it.

Fantastisk villa med helt enestående udsigt

Det her sted, er en af de boliger, der bare overrasker endnu mere positivt, når man møder frem. Marios byder varmt velkommen, forklarer og gennemgår huset, og giver upåklagelig hjælp og serviceugen igennem, så man hurtigt falder til. Selve villaen er i topklasse - 4 virkelig dejlige soveværelser med eget godt badeværelse (dog et placeret i kælder-etagen, men stadig meget rummelig og rart) , de andre 3 med udsigt. Stort centralt køkken/stue areal i åben forbindelse til et meget stort og skønt terrasse/pool-område, overalt er der pænt møbleret, udegrill, krydderurter, have mm. Sidst men ikke mindst en helt igennem storslået udsigt over bugt, bjerge, strand og hav. Meget sjældent at have så stor natur næsten for sig selv. Sydsiden af øen er mindre turistet, smuk natur, så stedet er helt ideelt for en dejlig afslappende ferie.
