Private parking, located on the outskirts of Bala opposite school playing fields, within Snowdonia National Park it offers views of Aran mountain and surrounding countryside, yet close enough to amble down to the lovely little market town of Bala. Public rooms offer plenty space for family groups to socialize comfortably. The king and double sized rooms have en suites whilst both twin rooms and the single share the main jacuzzi bathroom. Further shower/toilet on ground floor.

Outdoor seating between kitchen and conservatory for al fresco dining. Parking for six vehicles and outdoor large shed. Double bedrooms offer en suite facilities. Freshly decorated and furnished, you will be sure to enjoy your stay.

Private plentiful parking on site. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away.
