Zografou area is in the eastern part of Athens. To the east of it lies mount Hymettus. It is an urban area with pretty tall buildings and is home to major Greek Universities. This fact makes it a lively neighborhood with a younger crowd and a local market with shops of all kinds where you will find anything you need. From Zografou, you can easily access the center of the city, as well as the northern suburbs through all main types of transportation.

A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property.
Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality.
For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers.
In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
