No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. There is a private driveway with parking for two cars.

The space
No.17 is a semi detached Victorian house in a quiet Lane just a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral and 5 minutes to the Bailgate.
The lounge has a very comfortable parker knowle suite, a 50 inch smart tv with free NETFLIX available to all guests. There is also a DVD player an a few dvds you can watch.
The Kitchen is fully kitted out with a dishwasher and a washer drier.
The interior has been decorated to a high spec with a modern yet comfortable style.
The dining room is the perfect space for a family dinner or dining with friends table can seat 6 or 8 if extended. The Chandelier and over fire mirror make an impressive setting.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms the master bedroom has a super king size bed that can also be changed to two single beds on request at booking.
The second bedroom has a king size bed. Both have plenty od storage space for clothes for guests looking at a longer stay. We have bookings from people for a month of more.
The bathroom has an original enamel bath with integral shower.
The house has 2 original fireplaces and a log burner if required however the house is very warm and cosy.

Guests visiting for over a week will have the property cleaned and bedding and towels changed on a weekly basis at no extra cost.
Rosita is an artist and the house walls have many of her paintings displayed.
