Un très agréable séjour

La Stalleta est en effet une maison pleine de charme et accueillante, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût mais aussi très bien équipée et confortable. La piscine au milieu des oliviers est parfaite et grâce à un agencement particulièrement réussi, le voisinage avec l'autre location toute proche ne pose aucun problème. Pieve est une toute petite localité mais avec toutefois deux pizzeria (notre préféré : C'era una volta ), un marchand de fruits et légumes et une supérette très pratique. Seul bémol, l'accès à la villa située sur les hauteurs du village se fait par une route très étroite et sinueuse qui ne facilite pas les déplacements. Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants et disponibles, beaucoup de possibilités de visites et une région magnifique bien sûr.

Belle propriété idéale pour famille

Très belle maison, propre et très bien décorée. Le cadre est très joli, calme, sur une colline à 30 minutes de la mer. La piscine est grande. L'eau légèrement salée et non chlorée ce qui est bien plus agréable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille et avons été enchantés. L'endroit est un havre de paix. Idéal pour se reposer mais également très bien situé pour visiter cette partie de la Toscane : Lucca, Pise, Fonte dei Marmi .. Nous avons été très sensibles à l'authenticité de ce lieu. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont idéals pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes et très attentionnées. Je vous conseille le petit restaurant "Cera una volta" à 800 mètres de la villa. Il est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. En deux mots, à recommander ...

Beau séjour en Toscane

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines à la Torreta cet été. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Nos amis avaient loué l'autre maison. La configuration des lieux est idéal pour partir entre amis et partager le jardin et la piscine . Les propriétaires sont charmants et donnent de très bon conseils sur les visites à effectuer et la découverte de la région. Pour arriver dans ce lieu tranquille et sympathique , les derniers mètres s'effectuent sur une route étroite. Françoise et Franck

Ausgezeichnetes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Paola und Gaia. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlt nichts. Die Einrichtung übertraf unsere Erwartungen und wir kommen gern wieder. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub auf dem Land verbringen möchte ist hier richtig.

Fantastic spacious house and garden in countryside

What a pleasure to stay at Borgo4case Stalletta house with a really spacious, clean and comfortable interior and exterior which was more than enough for a family of four. The large pool in the middle of a shady and sunny garden with loungers and hammocks next to the house was great and perfect for cooling off and sun bathing at end of the day. In the small, near by, village a couple of great restaurants. Our favorite was C’era una volta with lovely home made pasta and very friendly owners. The house is central to many many places to visit. 20 minutes drive from beach; 40 minutes from Pisa and just over 1 hour drive or on train to Florence. We also enjoyed Pietrasanta a small town nearby with a good vibe. The house is surrounded by mountains and green valleys where you can swim or jump from rocks into crystal clear pools in the rivers. Much of our enjoyment was thanks to our hosts, Paola and Gaia, who provided all the tips and information to get most out of the house and surroundings.

Traumhafte Unterkunft !!!

Sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Schönes Haus mit Garten Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage mit kleine Ort in der Nähe sowie den Bergen zum loswandern. Sehr empfehlenswert. ach ja und Paola und Ihre Familie ist sehr nett !

Wonderful accomodation, lovely hosts

The house is exactly as described, clean and nicely decorated. We spent relaxing days at the pool with our two kids. There are a lot of interesting spots near to the house: Pisa, Firenze, Luca. Especially Pietrasanta ist wonderful. Paola and Gaia are perfect hosts. You can ask them everytime for tipps or help.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool

Ein mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für unsere Kinder. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca oder ans Meer.

Kleines Paradies in der Toskana

Wer seinen Urlaub gerne individuell und naturnah verbringen möchte, ist bei Paola und Gaia bestens aufgehoben. Das Häuschen ist bis ins Detail liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt nichts missen (absolut alles Denkbare vorhanden). Der Garten mit seinen vielen Olivenbäumen und dem schönen, gepflegten Salzwasserpool ist ein kleines Paradies. Morgens und Abends kann man leckere toskanischen Spezialitäten auf seinen beiden Terrassen genießen. Für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, in die Garfagnana oder ans Meer ist der Ort ideal. Wir wurden freundlich bereits an der Kirche abgeholt und zum Haus begleitet. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns schon, bis wir wiederkommen dürfen.

Off the Beaten Track

Whilst the property itself was lovely we did have a couple of issues with it:- I. It was situated within olive trees with a population of insects which made it difficult to eat outside on the terrace. 2. We found the location too remote in that access to the property was by an extended labyrinth of ,narrow steep tracks, not much wider than one car width.

The most attractive quality of our property, which is clearly presented in our Homeaway page, is being located in an ancient olive grove, in a peaceful and relaxing place far from the confusion of the town. First of all we are concerned by the respect of natural environment. Of course we take care of the comfort of our guests providing a pest control of annoying insects, in addition with mosquito nets added on the doors and insect repellents for kids supplied for free in case of need. The roads to reach the house are all paved: passing through a beautiful wild forest you can drive till our private parking where two cars can find place. Moreover with a simple hand torch you can reach in few minutes two restaurants and pizza shop also by foot just 800 meters far from us: is what we often do also in wintertime especially not to drive after having some glasses of fine Tuscan red wine. Is what you can do for "living local"during your holidays at Borgo4case.

A rustic house with much comfort

The house at a lovely property is very well equipped. If you like antique furniture you are right here. Nevertheless you will find a lot of modern technical devices in the kitchen. Internet works well in the house and also at the pool. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned. The ground floor keeps cool enough without AC. Both terraces are very beautyful and privacy is guaranteed. You will meet the neighbors from the second house only at the Swimming pool. The pool is fantastic, about 13 m Long and ideal to swim a while. The Approach is a bit tricky, but once done you get used to it. Contact to the owner Paolo and her family is very simple and we appreciated it. You will find help when ever needed. Perfect Location for visiting Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Florence and Pisa for example.

Tolles kleies Haus mit schönem Garten

Uriges und gemütliches Haus weg von der Straße. Alles wesentliche vorhanden. Gute Betten mit Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Haus entspricht den Fotos im Internet. Bei der Anfahrt dem Navi für den letzten Km nicht blind trauen. Die letzten 5 min sind nichts für schwache Nerven oder breite Autos. Die Stäßeleinchen sind wirklich so eng ;-) Empfehlung!

Toller Urlaub

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei 17jährige Teenies) haben in der Villa Stalletta einen tollen, viel zu kurzen Urlaub verbracht (da nur 1 Woche) - das Haus war sehr schön im Toskanischen Stil mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber. Küche war gut (Gasherd) und mit viel Geschirr für 4 Personen eingerichtet - einzig die Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden. Es standen Gewürze und Olivenöl, Spülmaschinentabs bereit. Außerdem ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche leckerer Rotwein als kleiner Willkommensgruß. Sehr genossen haben wir die beiden überdachten Veranden (1 x mit Esstisch und 1 x mit Loungemöbeln) - wir haben die Mahlzeiten im Freien eingenommen (Wetter war Ende Juni sehr schön und warm) und alle Abende draußen verbracht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das obere Bad sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet; das 2. Bad zweckmäßig (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC) - aber überaus praktisch, da im Erdgeschoss. Der Zugang zum Garten des einen Schlafzimmers (wie im Text beschrieben) wird nicht mehr genutzt - ist aber keinesfalls störend; (das Bett hier ist für Etagen sind über eine enge Stahlwendeltreppe verbunden - eventuell nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder und ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen. Der Garten ist toll angelegt (mediterrane Pflanzen, Olivenbäume) und es ist sehr ruhig. Die beiden Ferienhäuser sind so angelegt, das man kaum Sicht- oder Hörkontakt hat - also überhaupt kein Problem, dass es noch ein zweites Feriendomizil auf dem Grundstück gibt. Das Highlight war der große, schön angelegte Pool - von ca. 1,2 mtr bis ca. 2,30 an der tiefsten Stelle mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zum Chilen. Das leicht gesalzene Wasser ist sehr angenehm und der Pool war sehr sauber - auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter (wegen einiger Blätter und Insekten zur Wochenmitte im Pool) wurde Luco sofort aktiv und reinigte den Pool). Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, die wirklich sehr nett und bemüht sind und für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr hatten (Ausflugstipps, Wegbeschreibung, Parken mit Grundstück mit unserem Transporter - die Anfahrt zum Objekt war am Anfang bei den engen Gässchen in dem Wohngebiet ein kleines Abenteuer ;-). Meine kleinen Anmerkungen sind nicht als Kritik sondern als Anregungen gedacht - wir bewerten mit 5 Sternen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Rundum wunderbar

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschied einfach herzlich. Die Beschreibung des Objektes durch Text und Bilder wurde von der Realität noch übertroffen. Das Paradies, war mein erster Gedanke als ich vor dem Haus aus dem Wagen stieg. Garten, Haus, Pool und die Gastgeber - alles strahlt eine liebevoll, ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben zu dritt eine ausgesprochen schöne Toskana-Woche erlebt. Danke!

Ein Paradies!

Mittlerweile sind wir fast 2 Monate aus unserem Urlaub in Camaiore zurück. Noch nie hatten wir einen sooo schönen Urlaub! Wir waren mit unseren 3 Söhnen (6, 4 und 1 Jahr alt) im "la staletta" Haus für 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Wie hier bereits schon beschreiben, es ist alles noch viel schöner als dargestellt. Jeden Abend haben wir auf einer der beiden Terassen den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen, den guten Wein genossen, barbecue (super Grill vor Ort) gehabt etc. Tagsüber kann man wunderbar in Ruhe am Pool entspannen, oder man macht einen Ausflug zu den vielen tollen Städten in der Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz etc.) Das Meer erreicht man in 10-15min mit dem Auto. Paola und Lucio haben auch immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Die beiden sind echt ein Segen und haben sich immer sehr viel Mühe gegeben dass WIRKLICH ALLES perfekt ist. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal! Es war mehr als perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Am liebsten SOFORT!!! Und für immer! Das andere Haus ist übrigens auch sehr schön, wir durften mal schauen...:-) Trotzdem ist die privatsphäre gewahrt für jeden - auch durch die wunderschönen bepflanzungen...

Gorgeous villa in a peaceful setting

We spent a lovely week at 'La Torretta' and only have good things to say about the place. It was a beautiful villa and very well-equipped. Lucio and Paola (the hosts) were extremely welcoming and provided everything we needed, like a high chair and baby bath, on request. There was also a bottle of wine and fruit basket waiting for us on arrival which was a very thoughtful touch. The villa is really well located for visiting places like Lucca, Florence and Siena for those warning to explore the area. However, it is also a lovely base to spend time in and worth making use of the great BBQ facilities and gorgeous pool. We would definitely consider coming back again and possibly renting both villas with a group of friends or family. Thanks again Lucio and Paola.

SCHÖNES HAUS MIT TRAUMHAFTEM GARTEN

Wir haben eine herrlich entspannte Woche im kleinen Haus La Stalletta mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter verbracht. Zur Begrüßung durch die sehr netten und immer erreichbaren Vermieter Lucio und Paola gab es Obst und eine Flasche Wein, zusätzlich zu vielen Tipps für die Region und einem netten Plausch. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll toskanisch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Holz für den Kamin und den kleinen dänischen Ofen gab es auch zur Genüge. Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein riesen Wohn-/Essbereich bieten genügend Platz für eine kleine Familie. Trotz des leider schlechten Wetters konnten wir die überdachten Terrassen nutzen, saßen zwischendurch im Garten und haben uns auch drinnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir freuen uns sehr, wenn wir noch einmal kommen können und das bei strahlendem Sonnenschein!

Petit coin de paradis dans les oliviers

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à la villa "La Stalletta". Un grand merci à Lucio, le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et pour tous ses bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Nous ne sommes pas restés insensibles au soin qu'il porte à son oliveraie et à son très joli jardin. La villa offre tout le confort et est très bien équipée. L'endroit est proche des destinations telles que Lucca, Pise, Florence. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la vue sur les collines environnantes. La maison correspondait pleinement à l'annonce. À recommander sans hésitation.

Very cosy house in beautiful surroundings

Very nice and clean property with breathtaking views. The owners are living next door and always availably for useful advice and willing to help. Close to the coast (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore) and also not far from cities like Lucca, Pisa. Close to a very good restaurant. The villa is comfortable, cosy and all necessary amenities are available. We enjoyed our stay, with our two children, very much and will definitely come back

Tuscan Beauty

It has been five months since our vacation in Camaiore and I am still dreaming about our peaceful and relaxing stay at La Stalleta. I loved everything about it. The house is set up in the hills among olive trees and flowers. We spent most of our time outside - there are two verandas or terraces - where we read books, drank wine, and enjoyed dining al fresco. My two teenage sons especially enjoyed the pool and the Internet access, even at the pool garden area. The house, itself, is charming and provided for all of our needs. It is well-maintained and updated with two nice bathrooms (with good water pressure). My favorite room in the house was the master bedroom - the original Tuscan windows let in lots of sunlight and moonlight and the bed was so comfortable - the most peaceful sleeping we've ever had. The location is also very good. Even though you are up in the hills, we could walk to a family pizza restaurant, where we had the best pizza ever. We took day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Florence, and San Gimignano. There is also a beach close by. However, what made Villa Gaia so special were its owners, Paola and Lucio. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. They lived only two minutes away and were available if we ever needed anything or had questions. We look forward to returning some day soon.

Ein Anwesen zum Ausspannen und Genießen

Die Villa Gaia - insbesondere das Haus La Torretta - können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (2 bis 3 Jahre) dort. Ein sehr sehr schönes, geschmackvoll und typisch toskanisch eingerichtetes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Zur Begrüßung gabs sogar eine leckere Flasche Wein und eine Obstschale. Das Haus, die Küche, der Außenbereich ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Grill etc). Die gemütliche Terrasse, der riesengroße Garten mit den schönen alten Olivenbäumen und der Pool - laden zum Entspannen und Genießen zu jeder Tageszeit ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sprechen gut Englisch. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, die leider viel zu schnell verging.

Super Ferienhaus am Berg

Unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt und übertroffen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren im Top Zustand. Insbesondere der Garten und die Freiterasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Gelände, was im Falle von Fragen hilfreich ist. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Die Strände in der Umgebung sind hervorragend und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Lucca, Pisa, Bolgheri .....) unbegrenzt.

Heerlijke ontspannen vakantie

Wij hebben met onze kinderen van 12 en 16 jaar hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het huis is precies zoals de foto's laten zien. Wij verbleven in het huis "staletta" en er waren hier een buiten eettafel met bbq en een plek om heerlijk te lezen allebei onder een soort luifel zodat je je even in de schaduw kunt terug trekken. Fijn voor de kinderen en ook voor ons is het internet. Waardoor je toch even alle mails kunt bijhouden. Het zwembad is heerlijk groot en met een speciale afstandbedieng om de wirlpool bij de trap aan te zetten. Super ook een buitenijskast met ijsblokjes voor je cola of fris bij de pool. Een goede plek om alle steden zoals Lucca Florance Pisa ( is toch heel heel leuke stad wanneer je niet alleen de toren bekijkt) dit op aanraden van Paola. Nog een spannende tocht door de Alpen naar Marinello gemaakt om daar het Ferrari museum te bekijken. Altijd na deze stedentochten weer zo heerlijk om even het zwembad in te duiken wat s avonds mooi is verlicht. Niet te vergeten de heerlijk pasta salada van Paola de dag na aankomst als welkom! En een flesje wijn. Paola en Lucio zijn aardige rustige mensen die alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. We hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Fam Bouwman.

Nice house!

We have had a lovely holiday @ house La Stalleta. Enough rooms in a typical Italian setting. The garden is wonderfull to relax and play for kids. Stunning is the pool wich is in sun al day. Around the pool there's planty of shadow. Bedrooms: spacious with a good functioning airco. Bathrooms: ok. no bath. Kitchen: typical: Jamie Oliver style > nice! Livingroom: did not use that much, but that was ok. Setting: in hills. approx 30 minutes to beach by car (only 8 km but the traffic can be a hassle) / road to house: well after 2 or 3 times practicing you'll find your way. Owners: very lovely & friendly people. They respect your privacy very much
