The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you enter through a glass door into the cozy living space. From the open living space with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and dining area, you have access to the private balcony. On the balcony you have a lounge set allowing you to have a pleasant outdoor aperitif.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, dishwasher, juicer, freezer and combi microwave.

There are two bedrooms. The first room has a double bed, the second room has 2 single beds. In each bedroom you will find a clothes rack.

The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. The double sink is definitely a plus.

In the hall you will find a separate guest toilet.

A big plus with this top location apartment is the private garage box that you have at your disposal during your stay.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
