kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, Electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator pit n pans,tawa, cooker, kadai crokery,dining table etc kitchen available for self cooking for guest with special need .

Bathroom is fully private n attached to. the room with western style commord and 24 hrs hot n cold water towels n other essential

Bedroom has split A/C ,flat screen dish tv cupboard, chest drawer and linen change after every 2 days.

wifi is available with broadband internet speed 300 Mbps unlimited data is available

power back up max for 6 hours for lights,fan wifi n emergency socket is set up
maid comes for short time to daily clean ,sweep,mop and clean bathroom n bedroom. and general area
but pls note kitchen utensils cleaning is not included in her. duties but can be arranged for minimum charge which to be discussed and dealt with maid
Personal laundry washing is available for minimum charge of rupees 250 per 8 kg load kindly inform us if you require ,

pressing iron is available on request

Breakfast is available for charge of rupeees 100 per person menu is available on request

guest have freedom to come n go anytime during their stay as they have separate entrance
place is ideally located for easy excess to beach , restaurants, shopping 5 min walk radius
so enjoy the walk during over traffic congestion
