The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, opens onto an open-plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and juicer. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
