Bansko Royal Towers - Large Apartment

Only 150 meters from the Gondola - Bansko Royal Towers is a perfect location for summer/winter mountain activities! Peaceful setting, with mountain views from the balcony. Close to the town centre and local amenities - restaurants, bars, clubs, and hire shops. This is a large 1 bedroom flat suitable for 1-4 adults if lounge used to sleep; kitchen equipped for 5 people. The lounge has a single and a double bed settee, which takes 2 adults or 3 children. Digital Nomads welcome!
The space
The apartment is spacious (approx 70 sq m) and well equipped with a balcony accessible from the bedroom and lounge (views south, west, and north). Free wi-fi in the apartment and flat-screen TV in both lounge and bedroom. Satellite TV with 18 channels.
This is an unserviced apartment, so will not be cleaned until the end of the stay. Linen and towels are provided for 1 week; agents can provide more at a cost to guests.
PLEASE NOTE: there are two single beds pushed together in the bedroom and in the lounge there is a small double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. There is hanging space and shelves in the hall which is useful for guests sleeping in the lounge. The locked cupboards in the hall are for owners' use only.
Guest access
Booking out time is 12 noon at latest and check in is at 2pm at the earliest. Luggage can be stored in reception if needed. Outdoor parking for apartment can be arranged on request. Breakfast is not included but, in winter, all day food is available at restaurant in adjacent mall at very reasonable prices and there are shops nearby for self-catering.
Other things to note
The building is no smoking. Please do not leave heaters on at night or when the flat is unoccupied as it is a fire risk.
The apartment is suitable for small children but no cot or bedding is available.
If you need to exchange money, make sure you only use banks or Crown bureaux. Nearest ATM is Pireaus Bank outside adjacent mall. Range of ski hire shops conveniently near Gondola base station.
In ski season, there is a self-service launderette in town.
