In the center of the characteristic village of Brenzone is Casa Giovanna, a large and bright apartment completely renovated and newly furnished.
All services and beaches are within walking distance and do not require the use of a car.
Climbing the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa/bed for two adults and a dining table, a kitchen in a separate room, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
A large terrace overlooking the lake, where you can have lunch, completes the property.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
UPON ARRIVAL IT IS NECESSARY TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX IN CASH (2.50 EURO PER PERSON PER NIGHT)
A second parking space is available for an additional cost of 10 Euro per night.
