Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee that an occasional insect won't enter our home, nor can we offer refunds if this occurs. We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
