This beautiful flat type A offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. With a maximum occupancy of 4 people (recommended for 2 adults and 2 children) and a size of 50 sqm, it is perfect for families or couples.

The flat has one bedroom and a living and dining room with two sofa beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. Towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.

The direct sea view from the flat's balcony is particularly impressive. Here you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the view of the sea.

The flat is located directly on the sea at the beautiful diving bay Cala Lliteras. The port of Cala Ratjada is only 1 km away and offers a beach promenade with many bars, restaurants and nightlife.

Additionally, you can use a rental safe. The tourist tax is not included in the price. You pay it with credit card 2 day before arrival. A deposit of 150,- € has to be paid by credit card. Groups of young people are not welcome.

In price type A there are seven flats on the 1st floor, one flat on the ground floor and three flats on the 2nd floor. The flats on the 1st and 2nd floor have a balcony, the flat on the ground floor has a terrace. You only book the price type, the distribution of the rooms is exclusively up to the owner.
