Two couches, wall mounted tv with hdmi lead to plug in our fire stick (we did need to buy a female / female adapter ). Great WiFi. Remote control fire that was great to take the chill off the room early morning.Kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish cloth etc. as well a few tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk. A good bathroom with a great rainfall shower and soap/ shampoo etcDidn’t use the hot tub - not our thing

Lodge was very clean and well equipped.

Lodge was very clean and well equipped. Freeview TV in lounge but also has free WiFi (about 6 - 7Mbs) which worked reliably. Lounge has 2 small sofa's and a table set off for food. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an excellent sized fridge freezer. Bedroom was quiet and bed comfortable. Bath was located in the bedroom but wasn't an issue. Bathroom had toilet, large shower and 2 sinks. Some nice touches were the items left in the kitchen for tea / coffee and biscuits and some toiletries in bathroom.The hot tub was great (drained and water changed every changeover day) and was used a lot. Only thing I would say is the privacy screens were not in place and you are overlooked by the lodge next door.There is also parking for 2 cars in front of the lodge.Site staff were excellent and very friendly and being on the edge of a golf course did not disturb us at all. Made a pleasant view from our lounge area. You do also have a small decking area which looks out over the golf course. This was our 3rd visit to Herons Brook and we have not been disappointed at all. We will be returning again.
